Stopped by and got a double cheese burger, hot ham and cheese, fry & drink. Everything was ICE COLD. The bread felt like it was left out all day it was so dry and tough. The fries were so hard you would break a tooth trying to eat them. then to add to the horror, I finished my drink and at the bottom of the cup was a BLACK HAIR.(I’m BLONDE LMAO) I never leave reviews like this but the thought of this food has made me sick to even think about it. I hope they were just having a bad day… if not I have no clue how they are still in business

Not all Hardees are the same, and the Lebanon, VA Hardees definitely shows it. The staff is friendly and makes you feel like they truly appreciate your business. There are people who come here every morning for breakfast because they feel welcomed. I sat here today and watched the manager, Sandy, interact with customers, and I can see why this is an exceptional Hardees. When you run a business, it's one thing to be staffed and another to be staffed with the right employees and to lead by example. If I were still in the workforce, I would definitely work for her.

Ordered gravy and biscuit platter. Came with complimentary hair! When I approached the counter I told the guy at the register that I was tired of ordering food here and getting hair served with it and he got rude back and said he don't work the back I said I know you don't work the back! I requested a full refund. Items purchased were two gravy biscuit platters 2 box blueberry biscuits; buy one get one free and two coffees. This is my last visit to Hardee's!

Picked up 2 of the 10 pc tenders only got 15 circled back to get my other 5 was told now that I would have to wait on them to fix them it’s been 10 minutes and they didn’t even give me an extra 1. Dang I did try to call it in but there phone is messed up. So now my first 15 is cold And the last 5 are hot.

Hardee's in Richlands and in claypool hill... Is the best restaurant chains in the area... Staff friendly food good and fresh ... Biscuits and gravy is my go to.. Frisco is second.... Sorry McDonald's u need to step your game up...

I got a famous star, fries and a sweet tea. The burger and fries were delicious but the sweet tea tasted like water. Of course I've had tea at other restaurants that also tasted like that. It usually happens when the container needs to be refreshed. I just let it go because I was starving. I thought about getting a chocolate milkshake when I ordered. Next time I will.
