Called in an order was told 20 mins til pick up. We arrived at 21 mins. After looking around for our order we were told it would be another 20 mins. They hadn’t started our order to begin with. Very poor management and service.

Very poor service and rude staff. They never have menu items. Check your food before your leave if carry out. Avoid front counter if possible. You will never get service. Never have crispy chicken. I got 6 wings out of a 16pc meal.

The kfc drive through is such a joke you order to get pulled over and wait and when you are trying to put up your card and someone so rude tells you need to pull up it takes time to put stuff away you guys are to big of a rush can’t help your counter and when something is wrong in the order you have to get pulled over agin manger or not you should give people time to put stuff away

When you pay $4.79 for a lg.side you would expect to get a full container, nope, not happening at KFC. Mac & cheese was hard & the girl working said you only get 3 level scoops per mashed potato container but they dont hold back on the gravy. Sad, sad food quantity & quality for what you are charged....$65.79 for a 16 piece meal with 2 extra lg. sides. I will gladly go spend my money else where and get my money's worth....even if I have to drive to Bristol or Abingdon.

Out of town on way to hotel after working 11 hours. Decided to go inside to order. Waited at counter for 25 minutes before another customer asked if there were any person working the counter. The lady working orders stated not her. Another person finally comes from behind warmers And took out orders. I decided on the strips and fries only knowing they could not mess that up and knew they all ready had so e just sitting in warmer. Good choice considering one minute after my order was finally taken the person that said does not work the front counter called out my ticket number. Huh. I guess people that can fill orders CANNOT take the orders or even simply state that she is not trained in running registers but just stand in place reading a screen and fill orders while the front lobby full of customers wondering if she would say anything at least a greeting or how are you. POOR customer service. Shame that is not trained at this location.

Good service. When i got the chicken home it was only half cooked. Had to throw it out. Expensive dog food. I live 20 miles away from the store and choose not to return it. Iv ate at this location for years. Won't be back. Sad quality now.
