If I didn’t have to click a star, then I wouldn’t!!. This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot of different McDonald’s. This was at night so the day shift people may be different?!. I hope so because yikes! I’ve never seen so much confusion and sooooo many wrong or missing orders with several angry customers, including myself. To top it off, the managers were the most unprofessional of them all!
37 minutes. It just took 37 minutes to get a mocha frappe here. I ordered via mobile app, sat in spot 5 for 20 minutes and then noticed they had marked it off like they have fulfilled the order. Went inside, noticed two people standing there...I ask where my frappe is and they said uh idk. I explained they had marked it off, woman in front of me says they did the same to her on her order. One young man was running around trying to fulfill it all meanwhile an older woman is smacking his arm telling him its his fault and the blonde manager is basically just yelling doing nothing. 37 minutes. The woman in front of me stormed out, someone came in saying they put onions on his burger when he asked for them not to because hes allergic.
This isn't the first time I've had to wait this long. Last time I asked for the district managers number and the blonde manager lady gave me a fake number.
Fire everyone there except for the one young man who was literally running trying to fix the mistakes of MANAGERS. Give him a raise.

Can’t get a simple order right. We were pulled and still went inside to ask for our food after a 20 minute wait. We ordered 2 cheeseburger combos, two burgers with pickles and ketchup only. Those two burgers had ketchup and onion only. How can you screw that up?

Went 2 times 2 days in a row after the Hurricane as we still had no power. I’m in Honaker so it’s a bit of a drive. Both days my food was wrong. The first day the took my code which was a $1.50 off a frappe and applied it to my order. Then they tell me their machine is down. So they can’t switch codes so if I want to use another one I would have to wait 15 minutes for the app to let me. Also, if I wanted to go to another McDonald’s for the frappe & use that code I wouldn’t be able to the same day. They were not willing to do anything for it either & acted as if I were asking too much. They should at least put a sign on the drive thru menu that says frappe machine down or something.

I did an online order for spicy chicken meal. When got order it wasn’t the right thing and they didn’t give me a drink. The girl window was rude and finally got my order for me. When I got to where I was going to eat, my chicken sandwich was plain with no spice sauce 😡. I’ve tried calling out there several times and no answer

Instead of worrying about who comes there every day why don’t you try and focus on getting customers orders right and properly preparing their food? This place is a joke
My daughter recently came through the drive thru and picked up a mobile order for me and three orders of our large fries were either half full or less (one was almost empty).
I went back to the store and showed them. Everyone was very polite and apologetic except for the manager. This would have been at 7:00pm on July 8th, 2024.
She accused me of lying and I asked her why I would lie? I explained I work hard, am a pastor, have a wife and four kids I am trying to feed in this economy. She refused to give me her name for an email to the owner and Rather than escalating things with her further I chose to email.
I was attempting to be very patient and understanding until she accused me of lying. I was smiling and polite and explained that I understand mistakes happen, but she was still insisting that I was lying and that “nothing leaves out on my shift like that.”
She gave me one fry and told me to divide among the three (now cold) fries I ordered. She was Not just rude, I can handle rude. But she attacked my character as a person and a man of faith.
Do yourself a favor and go to Pal’s…at least until they fire this lady.
I just went through drive-through. I gave the cashier a code 1640. I had a picture and everything showing that it’s a fry. I showed the guy taking the money at 6:53 PM on July 8. The girl that took my order said I’m sorry, but it shows in our system as a big Mac and unless you use a different code you can’t use it and that’s absolutely ridiculous to even have an app with a code, obviously there’s an issue here. I have a picture and she says I’m sorry but unless you have a different code, there’s nothing I can do.

The problem with this place is not getting your food made right , not getting the food you actually ordered or the size ypu order ,such as fries and nuggets. It's like you can either have your order fresh or accurate but never at the same time. When you call to ask about your order getting fixed ,they want to see a receipt but the person taking your money never gives you one unless you specify you want it. There's a lot of goofing off by the staff and nobody knows whats goin on half the time. It's to the point that I expect my order to be wrong and I'm surprised when it is actually right. This is for the evening shift. Breakfast is always smooth and quick. In the evening ive actually sat there for 20 minutes sometimes and it's either in line or getting parked. I'm not being mean but this is just how it is. Many of the staff out there are very friendly but 90% of the time it's a headache going through the drive-thru
