I have worked a two different Pals locations. About 9 years ago and I the pleasure of working at this pals. Today my family and I came through around 3:30. Our food was literally THE BEST PALS FOOD ever! Whoever was on sandwiches this evening done a wonderful job! Everything was so fresh! It was so nice seeing a staff that works so well together and truly going above and beyond the pals mission statement. Fast food workers aren't appreciated enough. I pray the owner knows what a WONDERFUL team they had working today.

i got a sauce burger meal with a razzie tea & my boyfriend got a chili burger meal with a strawberry shake. my food was absolutely disgusting, the sauce is advertised as savory but it’s a weird sour/sweet flavor. they had put so much sauce on the burger that my bread was soggy. the razzie tea was also not the best. again it’s advertised as a sweet tea with raspberry flavor but the tea was horrendously unsweetened & the raspberry flavor was mid. my boyfriend’s burger is what he described as “meat mush with an odd flavor”. his strawberry milkshake was the brightest pink we’ve ever seen for a strawberry milkshake but barely tasted like anything but a vanilla milkshake. it wasn’t until he drank half the shake that it started to taste anything remotely close to a strawberry shake.

The food at this location varies from excellent to inedible depending on the day of the week. Burgers were great on Monday, but if you go on Saturday beware. The burgers were so salty that we could not eat them. $25 dollars wasted. We learned our lesson.
Food is great but I don't recommend the Dr enuf, it tastes like my childhood vitimams! Other than that it's a great place!

Come here multiple times a week and get the same thing to take home to my family. Tonight the two large Frenchie fries were both half full and instead of extra fry salt like I asked they had none. Burger tasted cold and the sweet tea tasted off. First time having a bad experience there but with the prices going up enough to make it my last. Oh and the kid taking my order repeated exactly what I said, the fault was on the kitchen staff.
