Pizza crust was tasteless, like trying to chew leather. What happened to their pan crust? This new crust or whatever it is was horrible.

I ordered there today August 31,2025 my order was over $200 and I drove 30 minutes to pick it up and 30 minutes back home and found out that I was missing one of the pizzas and I called them and the gentleman that answered the phone I told him what happened and that it's a 30 minute drive and I didn't want to drive back to pick it up and all he said was thank you not let us make it up by the next time you're in we'll give you a pizza to make up for my inconvenience. Came to Lebanon for a Car show and bonfire, we ordered abunch of food yesterday and when we came to pick up the team was rocking it. Seemed a little shortstaffed for a Saturday but the guy at the drive thru was nice and frendly and the lady that handed me my food was also nice. Pizza was really good too!

The boy who was at the window (August 5th at 5pm) and goes to Honaker High School was super friendly, kind and professional. I took a deal from the app and the personal pan pizzas I ordered where excellent, well cooked, tasty and hot.

Always amazingly have my order correct. Arrive and it is fresh, hot, and ready. Quality items. Pedro is always greeting us by name. That means a lot. We are not just another face coming through the doors. Takes very much pride in everything he does. Always been pleased with our order.
My order was missing some of the honey BBQ Chicken and also it was not fresh. It was cold and very tough. The pizza was soso.

This place like most in town anymore is a hit or miss every time we go. The last two times we have ordered carryout I've noticed the same girl has asked if we want to tip. I'm not quite sure this is something new or what but always thought tipping was for delivery drivers and waitresses that sit down restaurants, Bell boys and etc. I don't really understand tipping at a drive-thru window or on a carry out pizza because honestly that's their job is to put the pizza in the oven. I wish I could get tips everyday I go to work to do my job maybe it's something new but it doesn't make sense to us you wouldn't tip your local pharmacy technician for handling medicine out the window or you would tip the lady at the tobacco shed for handing you a pack of cigarettes so why tip on a carry out pizza?
