I will say normally I have a great experience here. Today idk if it’s because miss baldwin recognized me or what but the lady at the counter clearly told me she didn’t know what she was doing. When I told her exactly how to make my dipper step by step she done that but only half not the foot long. She did give it to me and even told Michelle she didn’t know what she was doing and she never offered to help the girl. You don’t have to like me but when I’m trying to feed my kid and someone is new and needs help HELP them. No disrespect to the girl that was there that helped me she did give me the dipper considering she only had enough pepperonis to make 6 Inches of the dipper instead of 12, but I do think she could’ve been helped or just told me they were out of product altogether instead of making it difficult. Normally, when I come here it’s Tammy or Sarah that waits on me or Sarah‘s sister and it’s smooth sailing. My food is already made by the time I get there or they see me walk in and they go ahead and start it. The lady explained to me that there wasn’t even a truck. I’m not sure what’s going on at this subway if it’s management or what but how do you let your store run completely out of product and not order a truck

Don't open till way over an hour then there supposed to and you get completely ignored cause they're to busy on their cell phones or nowhere to be seen.

Stopped in for lunch today while shopping. My daughter stood in line to order and was completely ignored. No, she's not a child or extremely short. Along with acting like she was invisible, they waited on a store employee before her, one that entered subway while she was in line. They didn't even offer a courtesy nod for acknowledgement. Will NOT be going back there! Some of the worst service I've ever had!!

Food isn't great but service is worse. They will ignore you blatantly and serve their friends before you. I've worked fast food for years. This is not good service. They are not friendly.

They always get my order wrong somehow!
I order thru the app too. I asked for a wrap and got a sandwich and it was missing ingredients. It was terrible!

An hour and a half? That's how long it took for me to get my food made and delivered on a Thursday. Never again. Subway's business model is circling the drain. Just wish the mediocre food was worth the wait.

I have been to this place a couple of times after one time at 4pm and the other time at 6pm to get dinner and they have never have enough meat for a sub and the other time I went they didn't have any bread. They close at 10pm and run out of stuff well before that?? What is going on with this place?? Its very aggravating. I get if it only happened one time, but it has been multiple times this has happened. Never again will I go there. Also when we told the lady we were getting 4 subs she freaking rolled her eyes at us! If you don't like your freaking job, do something else!!!

can't take orders online went there open til 10pm. Well i make a trip to the actual place see whats going on, Reason is people that work there have there families sitting up there just hanging out and eating... idk but I am a paying customer.. & can't even get order taken in person either.

Every time we order from the app or go in person, they are always out of certain meats. They don't stock very proficiently. And if they do.. then they aren't working hard enough to prep ingredients or do something simple like making the tuna.It's either lack of proficiency in stocking their ingredientsOr it's laziness.Either way I'm not eating at this subway any longer. It's the only one I've ever had problems with.Ridiculous.
