This is the nastiest Wendy's I've ever been at. Just went through and ordered a chicken sandwich to find multiple gray hairs under the chicken!!!!!

Only 2 customers. Fries cold and soggy. Burgers were cold. I'm not sure what could possibly be an actual descent excuse. I can say I am finally done. No reason for a repeat.

Sitting in this line for the past 12 minutes and haven't moved at all. All I ordered was a frosty on the mobile app. The food here has improved slightly but no one should be waiting this long in line. It doesn't take this long to make any of the things on the menu.

It's good service. But my brother and sisters in christ. I've always asked for extra BBQ on ordering and NOT ONCE has it been in the bag. These nuggets dry as hell and I need sauce.

Food was good. Took 30 min from the time I ordered to finally get food. Guess they lost my order. Employees spent too much time fussing about working at Wendy’s and not enough actually working. If you don’t like your job find something else. It’s that simple.

I went in the store to order take out. The worker got my chili bowls and was handling them by sticking their fingers in the bowl after touching money. I find this to be very unsanitary. I always thought the workers put gloves on to make chili or baked potatoes. Also a man that ordered food for dine in went to the counter while I was waiting on the rest of my order and grabbed my bag of food and stuck his face in it. I told him that was my order and he just turns around and say it’s fine I’m clean. They need a BIG sign telling people not to touch orders until your number is called. I will never eat here again.
