Food was good. Took 30 min from the time I ordered to finally get food. Guess they lost my order. Employees spent too much time fussing about working at Wendy’s and not enough actually working. If you don’t like your job find something else. It’s that simple.

Kid-friendliness: Oh I can't even start on kid friendliness then they love my five year old my five year old gave the one lady at the window a rose and every time we go through there she's just so polite and she smiles I love this Wendy's is the best service in the world in Southwest Virginia

Last two or three times I've been here service and food have gone downhill fries were cold two out of three times for a fast food chain have had to wait longer than usual which I don't mind that they are not entertaining specials that are on commercials from
