Just arrived, dry and overcooked. Called Dominos and they said they could ONLY replace if 3/4 of the pizza was left uneaten. They wanted our guests to wait an additional 45 mins to eat at nearly 7pm. How about quality control, don’t send it pizzas that look this way.

This dominos sucks. I always PAY for extra cheese and never get it. The pizza is always near burnt and has bubbles all over it. I find most dominos aren't good anymore which is sad as it used to be my favorite. I'll start getting pizza from sams as I just waste money here. I'm not sure why it's so hard to make a pizza correctly. I've been here several times hoping it will change but obviously it won't.

Not sure what happened, but i can promise it is in the right direction. Food was fresh, and on-time for the first time in a long long time. The best Ive had in awhile!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

Ordered the $7.99 pizza for pickup and they charged me $10.92. Confused where the extra $3 came from. . Understand tax but still not a 38% tax

ordered 2 pizza asked for mushrooms on one of them never even got mushrooms got sausage be careful when ordering online i guess u just get whatever they wanna put on there

put in an online order which told me that the prep had been started by one of the employees. i came to pick up my pizza 30 minutes later after running some errands in the shopping center only to be told that they actually had not started the pizza and it would take another 30 minutes before it would be ready. this is already kind of insane, but sure. happens. what takes it over the line is the fact that when i finally got the pizza over an hour after i placed the order, the order was wrong! instead of the thin crust i had ordered with the coupon i got they just gave me a regular large and cut it so bad that im convinced it had to be some sort of joke. im serious, the center of the cut was like 3 inches off the middle and one of the slices in particular was nearly a quarter of the entire pizza. they werent even trying and made me wait an hour for it. this will 100% be the last time i bother going to a garbage chain restaurant like this.

Ordered 4 pizzas, none were cut all the way through...wth? Are you so busy you can't cut it? How does this happen? Pizza was hot and very good, just frustrating to have to go buy a pizza cutter and reheat it...

So ordered 2 pizza and wings. Pizza was cold and actually seemed old. Got pepperoni and mushrooms. Think they had a pepperoni sitting there for a while added mushrooms and sent it on. Also the wings barely had any hot sauce on the. Very poor service.

Absolutely disappointing. I’d never gone to this dominos before as i live in Orange, but I was sad to see it was nothing like the one I live near. My pizza was lumpy and misshapen, which i would normally not care about, but the sauce didn’t reach the crust and the toppings were lazily dumped in the middle. The pizza was unevenly cut and had a green pepper on it, (i ordered a pepperoni pizza). The main manager (or so it seemed, she had red hair and was telling another manager what to do) was incredibly rude towards another customer on the phone, and I saw her (along with a few other employees) smoke on the job while i waited for pizza. I’m glad I don’t live near this dominos.
I place an order on my app and accidentally hit carryout instead of delivery. I’ve done this before and is always able to assist.I immediately called the store and explained what happen. The first employee was very kind, she told me she would just have to charge me a delivery fee. The shift manager, claiming to be the store manager, got on the phone and stated my order is under the $20 threshold and thats probably why I couldn’t select delivery. I explained to her I order all the time and my order is not $20 before I place the order. She continued to go back and forth with me so I canceled the order. I called back after reviewing my order history to tell her she is wrong and as a manager she should know that, and she stated she was not going to sit on the phone and be belittled. AND HUNG UP ON ME. As the only manager in the store this behavior is unacceptable. She was dismissive and didn’t even try to verify the information before just making some BS up.
I’m reporting her to corporate.

Very polite , my food was ready when l got there and they treated me when l walked in the door. And they were nice enough to hold the door open for me because my hands were full with 3 boxes. I will definitely come back thank you for providing excellent customer service and making me feel valued as a customer.

Very disappointed with the price. Very expensive. Ordered 2 larges, 1 large with 1 topping and 1 large specialty, additionally ordered a medium plain. 3 pizzas, the total was 53 dollars for 3 pizzas. That is CRAZY considering pizzas at dominos used to be way cheaper for carry out (HELLO! 7.99 for a large carry out...anyone remember that)?
Additionally on the specialty pizza the ingredients only came up to about 2-3 bites then just turned into bare "bread" before the crust..if you're charging 17-18 for a specialty pizza the ingredients better be UP TO the crust. Not 2 bites of pizza with toppings and then 2 full bites of just bread.... THAN the crust.
The food here is good considering it is a pizza chain, you get the taste of what you expect but be aware of consistency issues like above making your pizza less than what it could/should be.
