Worst McDonald's ever! The employees are disrespectful, slow & the food isn't worth the very very long wait.
Great employees, very professional and polite. Food was good. Busy area not many restaurants in the area. Multiple visits each time I was addressed as Sir, inside and at both windows. Good customer service. Nice management. Great employees. I was very impressed with the young crew members.
Absolutely the poorest excuse for customer service I’ve seen in a while. I realize things may be tough, but when a customer has a problem and requests to speak to the manager, you let the customer speak to the manager. My husband went through the drive thru tonight. He placed his order and didn’t check it (look, it’s been a long day, he just wanted his dinner…you shouldn’t have to check, but we all know it’s a good idea).
