Has to have the rudest drive thru staff this one older lady working the window told me and the manager I was lying about the code that I gave her even when showing her on the app on my phone she still said I was lying. I refuse to go to this McDonald's again, which is sad because I live 10 minutes from there, and I will drive out of my way to avoid going there.

This was probably the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. I ordered breakfast online and when I got there they were out of 2 out of the 3 things I ordered. They had no large cups, they were out of sprite and their Frappes. They offered to give me a medium coffee instead and it tasted like they just poured it into my cup and nothing else. The chicken biscuit I also ordered (the only thing they gave me that they actually had) was basically inedible. The whole chicken part was gummy and hard to chew. Oh and it also took 20 minutes in the drive thru for all of that mess.

there were 13 workers in the back, and it took 30 minutes just for my order to start being made, the place was empty the whole time, our drink cups weren’t even offered until after the food came out, the guy handed us our cups with his hand inside of one of them and no glove on, then they gave me a watered down lemonade

30 minutes to get order. 15 minute wait time at the speaker ready to order, skipped over twice from the other lane. Then another 15 minutes to get order right. Consistently terrible service.

By saying that I haven't been to the McDonald's and eating in 15 years. Decided to get the new chicken Big Mac. The picture on the screen does not look like anything like what you actually end up getting. The chicken it's soft look like somebody got a hammer and pounded it into the ground. Then it's like they had the chicken cooking food three or four days. When it was bitten into it felt like you were eating cardboard. Faucet self was disgusting. The chicken again tasted like cardboard, we did ask for ranch dressing never got any of that. Never got a straw for the drink. We did get napkins.
Went back inside to see if they could switch out the chicken big mac for a regular Big Mac, which they did honor. And when asked for some ranch dressing, we were giving a nice plentiful supply of ranch dressing.
Will I ever eat McDonald's ever again no.

It's a McDonald's. The condiments and even the cheese on my burger were all on one edge of all our burgers. The fries were limp and over salted, and the Sprite was basically seltzer water and not at all drinkable. But hey! The staff was fast and friendly. So there's that.
