This is my favorite (when I eat fast food) bc it's clean, our food has always been good, fresh and hot. The staff always have a smile. They are 2 ladies that make that store run well and have us come there. One has short hair, sandy dirty blonde hair, on the shorter side, and Caucasian and the other lady is on the taller side, longer hair but up most times and she's African American. They BOTH are AMAZING WORKERS. We come there bc of those 2 ladies. We don't know their names but they always say good morning, have a smile. Those 2 make that place. Great staff.

This McDonalds was very slow. 53 minute wait for a mobile order placed 10 minutes ahead of arrival. Manager was very apologetic but this is the second time we've had terribly slow service. The first time was via drive thru and took 20 minutes for four breakfast sandwich meals.

This McDonalds is typically slow, but they're usually pretty busy. But tonight was a train wreck. It took me 3 trips to get my mobile order right. First time they handed me a door dash order, went home with it...opened it up...not my order. Went back to get my order. Got it...went home and it wasn't right. Had to go back a 3rd time to get it right. Ugh...very frustrating...UPDATE..so I went back...I guess I'm a glutton for punishment....went back on 2/4...they shorted me a cheeseburger. I consistently get shorted food from this McDs....UPDATE.....9/2025.... they're getting faster!!

Do not and I mean do not order or eat food here ever. Someone needs to call the food inspector. Ordered Carmel frappe with no whip cream and got to the window they said they don’t have Carmel ok so I said Mocha is fine. Get to the 2nd window and lady made it with whip cream and I said I didn’t want whip cream. Lady proceeded to poor the whip cream out in the trash which I sat there and watched and they tried giving it back to me after putting it over the trash. I will never ever eat here again.

This location should fire whatever managers were on duty 06/15/25 for breakfast into lunch. People were waiting over 30 minutes for food, my order took 33 minutes. The poor girl at the front was doing her best to keep up with orders, while her mangers were in the back having conversation. The manger then walks up @ 11:25 and asks the girl why she doesn’t have lunch going….it was the most incompetent display of managerial skills I’ve ever seen. Her workers were extremely overwhelmed/short staff and it took her over an hour to lift a finger to help. Mangers this morning should at the very least be demoted.

This is probably the worst location I've ever been to. You will regret every life decision that brought you to this juncture if you attempt to dine in. Wait time is on par with that of a sit-down restaurant, and they still get the order wrong. At least my chicken wasn't raw this time. No matter your direction of travel, don't stop here. Eat in Fredericksburg, Culpeper, or Orange. Anywhere but here.

Has to have the rudest drive thru staff this one older lady working the window told me and the manager I was lying about the code that I gave her even when showing her on the app on my phone she still said I was lying. I refuse to go to this McDonald's again, which is sad because I live 10 minutes from there, and I will drive out of my way to avoid going there.

This was probably the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. I ordered breakfast online and when I got there they were out of 2 out of the 3 things I ordered. They had no large cups, they were out of sprite and their Frappes. They offered to give me a medium coffee instead and it tasted like they just poured it into my cup and nothing else. The chicken biscuit I also ordered (the only thing they gave me that they actually had) was basically inedible. The whole chicken part was gummy and hard to chew. Oh and it also took 20 minutes in the drive thru for all of that mess.
