This Subway is ridiculously overpriced compared to others in the area and does everything in their power to prevent you from using any sort of coupons in app. Based on other reviews, it looks like anyone who is critical of them will be accused of being a nefarious customer. Go to a different Subway that allows you to actually use coupons; there's no reason you should be spending $12-15 on a footling sub.

Couldn’t even taste the meat in the sandwich there was VERY little. The customer service was terrible and that was the owner. I will never go back. I wish the one on Lyndon was still operating. If i could give it a 0 star I would.
The owners response that I didn’t have enough money so the gave me the sandwich was false. The owner has no idea how much money I have or don’t have. I STRONGLY caution anyone from patronizing the Goodwin Drive, Locust Grove VA location.

I came to this subway this afternoon-passing through Locust Grove. I rarely leave comments ,but all the veggies looked and tasted so fresh.Bread was also nice and fresh. Very,very clean and the lady was friendly.So great.

I would give it a 0 star rating but that’s not possible so i give it a 1. this place is absolutely horrible. They try to squeeze every last dollar out of you. They charge for a cup of water and it’s $1 per refill. They intentionally messed up my order and charged me $4 extra and wouldn’t refund. they also don’t accept coupons which makes no sense considering the coupons say “valid for all stores.” This owner is stupid. I just saw her recent comment on my rating. First off I am a man and second off I’ve been here once. I never asked for money from anyone and never asked for free food?. I simply ordered my sandwiches and you overcharged me and messed up my order and then you refused to refund even though I didn’t take a bite of the sandwich. When I then asked for a water cup you said it costs money. Don’t recommend at all

I agree with Kayla McDerment. I've had food from this Subway several times in the last few months with no issues. The food was fresh. The service was above and beyond. And the lady behind the counter is always friendly and engaging. I would recommend this location.

My experience here was horrible. I ordered online, but I live very close. Therefore I arrived while the employee was making my order. I was told by the employee to go have a seat until she was done. Ma'am this is subway, like be for real. I was also told by two workers that every sub has a formula and I cannot add lettuce and tomato to the philly steak I ordered. Never in my years of eating subway have I heard of such! My footlong steak had enough meat for approximately 1/3 of the sub. This place needs to close because the penny pinching is obvious. Very disappointing. I would not recommend eating anything here but cookies. Update!!! I did not return to this store. I did order bogo and I did not ask for a refund. I was very respectful and took my cheap sandwich and left. This is a blatant lie!

Food was ok. Was disappointed to see that they charge $1.00 for soda refills so we ordered water. The atmosphere was not welcoming. The staff was not friendly. Will not be back. ADDITIONAL COMMENT- the manager replied to my review saying that they charge $1.00 for refills because I drank 8 cups last time I was there. I have never been there before this visit. This was my first visit - and last!!
This Subway location offers the best fresh subs that I have had. The service is friendly and I recommend this location highly.We will be regular customers to this Subway location.

Probably the worst Subway I've ever ordered from. Ordered for sandwiches in the app and picked up in person. Walked in to them pulling my order ticket off the machine. Complaining that I didn't tip (before they knew that it was my order and I was standing at the counter). Why would I tip, all they did was assemble the sandwiches, didn't interact with me until the order was complete. I don't tip the McDonald's burger flipper either. The sandwiches were all terribly under made, less meat, cheese, and toppings than every other subway in Fredericksburg or Stafford where I normally get a sub for lunch. Signs up saying they won't except coupons and soda fountain refills are a dollar each (not that I had a coupon or soda). My opinion is to just skip it and order elsewhere.
