The workers were great friendly and helpful but subway is subway. They have the worst sponge bread of any chain store. We had the meatball sandwich and turkey both had plenty of contents but we hated the bread.

Very clean, quick service and kind workers. Got my sandwiches and was out of the shop in about 5 minutes-- also, if you're an ice snob like me, they have a really great crushed ice machine that is just perfect for drinks.

Avoid this location at all cost! We order online for the buy footlong get one for a $1. My order went thru and then when I arrived at store they canceled the ordered. I asked if they would place my order in store for the same price and the lady got aggressive and said no. She said this happens a lot. Just pay full price. Bad service awful. Worth the drive to head to Harrison crossing. They honor internet deals and subs are fresher and better!

I walked in, saw the prices and walked out. The prices for most footlongs was 16 dollars for just the sub... Subway is good cause its usually cheap. Not this one. They also dont seem to have meal of the day or accept any other subway promotions

I moved here a month ago and honestly going to this Subway location has been by far the most warm-welcoming and positive experience for the first time in my life. I absolutely love the energy and had no trouble or any sort of bad encounter with the service there. It's the only Subway location that I love going to and that I feel most welcomed and comfortable in. The environment is calm and the service is REALLY friendly. All it takes is to be respectful and patient and you'll have the greatest conversations with these workers. They never fail to make me smile when I step inside the place. Will go there again and again and again.

People complain to much in the reviews I always go in and get 6 inch here the lady in the front is very sweet and doesn’t have an issue when I ask for extra of something to be added to my sandwich and it is very clean where the food is kept

I decided to have a sub for dinner yesterday, and after many years of not visiting Subway, I thought I would give it a try again after more than a decade. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The customer service was friendly, and the establishment looked clean.
I ordered the number 15, and while the bread was fresh and soft, I was let down by the amount of meat in the sub. The employee was stingy with the meat and the toppings, including lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and cucumbers. I had also asked if the cookies were fresh, and the employee falsely claimed they were; instead, they were hard and stale. I cannot recommend this location because the employee did not meet the standard for providing an adequate amount of fillings or meat.
UPDATE I appreciate the reply however it seems as though this is an issue with this location. I will contact corporate. Thank you for your time.
It was good with customer service, it was very clean, price is really good, and the food was amazing, I would recommend this for a nice lunch

Cold cut combo literally has two pieces of bologna on it. That’s crazy, rude staff and very disappointed. You would be better off going to Food Lion and buying all the stuff to make your own sandwich. What a joke.

152% markup on standard menu items, when compared to other Subways. #15 Titan Turkey 12" sub is $15.84; other Subways have the exact same sandwich for $10.44. The register receipts are intentionally not itemized as to the charges and even the location. Just a slip of paper with a single price. Not like any other Subway I have ever patronized.
