Very unprofessional Establishment! This should be rated a 0 out of 5 on management alone. Corporate really need to take a look into this location and the people they have running it.
The staff (management) sits around talking about the employees to one another. The employees gets harassed if and when they call in sick. The supervisor Liz, let us know that Olivia, and David (GM) voiced their opinions to the other employees, instead of calling the employee with their concerns. Liz has also sent disrespectful and unprofessional messages out that are concerning. Staff is nice, but this place has always been extremely slow. Shouldn’t take 20 mins to make a freeze and that’s all I ordered. I wasted almost my entire lunch break for a drink.
