Their ice cream is incredibly smooth and flavorful, with both creative seasonal options and timeless classics. Portions are generous, and you can really taste the quality in every scoop. The shop has a cozy, welcoming vibe that makes it perfect for families, date nights, or just treating yourself. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. I’ve tried several flavors now and each one has been amazing. Icebox Creamery is hands down one of the best dessert spots in town — I’ll definitely be back! Yes they have seating outside and very great prices They dietary option plus sugar free option

We go here every weekend and no other ice cream spot at least within 45 mins is even worth it compared to IceBox! We bring all.of our out of town guests here and they always enjoy it. Great portions and fairly priced, and our pup loves it too.

My family loves this place! My favorite is the sundae of the week when the soft serve is coffee flavored. One of my kids loves the Peanut Butter Overload. My husband loves the Shiver with peanut butter cup.:)

Been here several times this spring and experience is the same. This place is really going down hill. Yes I said it as many say it but never voice it. I dont like to leave negative reviews, as I usally just don’t go back but tonight I was compelled to do so. My family and I go to the Icebox since it is close outside the lake. We really go for the convenience, it is nothing special typical car wash ice cream, prices are not the greatest. The last several times we have been here it has not been good between the ice cream tasting stale or like chemicals and the customer service being horrible. Tonight the young girl at the window ask what do you want. As we were an inconvenience to her and we received our ice cream and she shut the window on us not even asking if we needed anything else. This was final straw and we won’t be frequenting back we will travel to other places in the area.
I don’t care to admit how frequently we visit the Icebox! But it’s always great. Mother’s Day was absolutely packed but I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly our Sundaes were made. Always a great experience here. A family favorite!
The ice cream is always good! I was recently there and the girls working weren’t too friendly. As one of the girls handed me the ice cream I told her thank you and to have a good day and she just closed the window in front of me and didn’t say a word back. It seemed to me that none of the employees wanted to be there, which is sad because it was Mother’s Day and it was very busy.

Ice cream and shaved ice was fantastic. Girls working the window were very rude. No responses after being given a “thank you” or “have a good day” She asked if I wanted a lid, then gave me my cup back.. but threw my spoon away. Then slammed the window shut before I could ask for another.
