I always try to give the new food stops a try in the community. I have ordered take out multiple times from here. The young lady that sometimes works here has very poor customer service, her tone on the phone and in person very dismissive 👎, and her attitude is very unprofessional. Its ALWAYS something wrong with my order when she's involved and always has a problem applying 10% discount for service members. My order is good to go when the older gentleman works. Today 26July while I was explaining an issue with the order she took, she takes a phone call! No excuse one sec or anything as if my returning point were worth her attention since she's was the one who took the order. Last straw with this young lady I will not be a returning customer.

I've eaten here several times. I love their food, however I did not have a good experience my last visit. 1. I was suppose to get a 10% discount for doing a review. The worker told me the system isn't set up yet. I asked for another way to make it right. His response was nothing I can do. And maybe that was true. In customer service you have to learn to pivot and try and make an effort, in my opinion 2. I asked for my fries to be crisp, and they were burnt. I've ordered them before and they was cooked perfectly. I'll chalk it up to a bad day for the cook. Bottom line this is a great place to eat. I gave them their flowers when I had a good experience, but I'm also giving them feedback when I didn't have a great experience. I'll go back eventually, cause I do love the wings and the mambo sauce.

i love coming to american best wing! the food is always fresh and delicious but what really makes this place stand out is the amazing people who work there. they’re super friendly, welcoming, and always take care of you with a smile. the service is quick, the vibe is great, and it’s just a solid spot all around. definitely one of my favorite places to eat!
