i love coming to american best wing! the food is always fresh and delicious but what really makes this place stand out is the amazing people who work there. they’re super friendly, welcoming, and always take care of you with a smile. the service is quick, the vibe is great, and it’s just a solid spot all around. definitely one of my favorite places to eat!

Very fresh and made to order food. I I like the Philly sandwich and wings and fries. When it comes to the wings they are good and are nice size compared to other wing places. However other wing places may have a slightly better flavor. I do feel like you get your best bang for your buck here.

The wings look nothing like the picture at all. All my wings looked like they came fresh from the chicken coop, with all the feathers all over. Smh, I’m done eating out. I wish they had an American deli here.

On line it says open until 10pm. I walk in and wait to order. I hear the gentleman behind the counter tell the customer in front of me that they would not be making him any wings. He gets upset and walks away. I go to make my order for fish, and he tells me that they are closed. I did notice on my way out the door has a little sheet of paper on it that says that they close at 9:00 p.m. They may want to fix that online. I have not been here in 10 plus years because of the last service I received the last time I came here and it looks like I may not be coming back for a while. If you were closed why is the door not locked? Why is someone not at the door unlocking the door to let customers out? You never know when you're making your first impression on a customer or your last.

The fact that I ordered my food and the order was WRONG is enough get me slightly irritated, but the fact that you had me holding on the phone 10 Minutes with the cashier calling Carlos to come to the phone he’s either ignoring her or being a deliberate ass. So at this point I want my refund and they tell me I have to go thru door dash to get my money back is crazy! No apologies or nothing. Used to be one off my favorite places to go. Bet your ass they won’t see me or any of my family and friends.
