This has literally has to be the worst BK I have known. Over two years I have been in the area, I have never seen a more sloppy, poorly ran, poorly customer oriented operation.
If you at the very least value decent BK meal experience, don’t come to this location.

They are extremely slow. We waited at the drive-thru for more than 15 minutes; there were four cars behind us and they had to leave… then we waited another 20 minutes. It’s a disaster. Do not come to this place. The employees are rude and don’t even greet you.

Made a mobile order for in-store pickup. It located on the left end of the shopping center across from the Shell gas station. Arrived after the time of promise, but our order was not ready yet. Waited for two or so minutes to receive our sandwiches and sides. The breakfast croissant sandwich was layered. The Jack-O-Lantern Whopper was heavy in sauce. The Hash Browns and the French Toast Sticks were warmly served.
