It's fast food so I never expect to get the best service of my life. But is it too much to ask that I don't have to repeat my order 10 times, still get handed the wrong food and have to explain it again, they "fix" the order by removing the wrong item but give me the same item back (leaving behind the disgusting sausage taste), and it's all cold, even the coffee and the hashbrowns? Eggnormous burrito, no sausage, no sauce. It's not that difficult. Unless you work at this burger king and then it is apparently the most complicated order in history.

The wait times were unreasonable in comparison to how few customers were present. In addition, the location was well staffed but only two people were taking orders for both drive through and dine in. The employee who assembled my sandwich was sick and whipped their nose with the glove. (Health risk please avoid).

This place NEED to be shut down completely it’s unsanitary. I came into this place on this morning and the floors was filthy, dried up ketchup on the walls, mop bucket sitting in the middle of the floor. What definitely made me turn around a leave is when I seen they had a gnat catch hanging on the wall in the kitchen where they prepare the food.

Hours of operation as posted on their window indicates they open at 6 AM. I arrive at 6:25am and no one ever came on the speaker to take my order. I pull around the drive-through, park my car and try to enter the restaurant, however, the doors were locked. I knock on the window in attempt get someone’s attention and there’s a little old lady who informed me, by hand gestures I needed to use the drive-through. I get back in my car to place my order through the drive-through, However, still no one ever came on the speaker to take my order. After 10 minutes, I drive to the window and there is a young man at the window. He never opens the window. He motions to me that the window is locked and then he takes off.
I’m not sure what happened that day. Why the location was not open at their posted time and what is going on with their drive-through speaker, but it’s enough to have me not return ever again.
