I've been to this Chipotle many times. I swear I get 75% of what I get at any other Chipotle. Oh and if you are ordering online...DO NOT EVEN BOTHER as it's even worse than % I quoted earlier.

This place is really struggling the staff are really fed up every time you go here they just look very upset. Now the food is great it’s basic chipotle but what’s bad about this place is the portions I got one of the proteins and they didn’t even give me a full portion I had to ask for more and they said it was going to be extra and I told my self “hey probably just a one time thing” but nope this has happened the past three times I walk out with two bowls for $50 it’s an actual joke. They don’t keep the seating area clean either obviously it sucks that people come in and leave trash everywhere but the workers don’t clean it every time I have gone there.

Nothing good to say.
I said “Hi, how’s it going” to the person at the counter. She stared at me blankly. So I said Hi again (in case she didn’t hear) and she just kept staring.. waiting for me to order.
I know the deal, it’s usually busy, but there was nobody in line so I’m not really sure why she was in a hurry. After asking “Beans?” Her coworker took my bowl out of her hands and took over. She started scooping things I don’t even say. When I asked for Carne Asada, she scooped the bottom like more meat was going to appear then quickly tried to cover a half portion with Pico… which I didn’t want, but okay.
Not one person wanted to be there. Not one person was friendly. Not one person seemed to give a damn. Extremely disappointing. When I finally ate my food, there was no flavor, the meat was hard, and everything was cold.
Never coming back to this location.

I wish I would have read the reviews prior to eating here. Then I would have saved myself from getting such. I had a chicken bowl with lettuce, plain chicken, veggies, queso, cheese, guacamole and sour cream.
A couple hours after I ate I started feeling sick. I'm sure there was something wrong with the chicken, I pretty sure I have food poisoning.
This place needs to be inspected!!!

I got food poisoning after eating at this location. Upon checking my order, I found that the chicken was undercooked. Unfortunately, I didn't realize it at the time and became sick later that day. Serving undercooked meat is a serious food safety issue. I hope the staff and management take the necessary steps to ensure proper cooking procedures are followed moving forward.
Nice and clean
I had a terrible experience at this Chipotle location and will not be returning. I arrived at 9:30 PM (they close at 11), and the staff was already cleaning up. I ordered a burrito and was told they were out of tortillas, even though the tortillas were clearly in plain sight behind the counter.
When an employee tried to make my order anyway, the manager was extremely rude—not just to me, but to her own staff. She told us the only way to get a tortilla was to order online, which made absolutely no sense.
The situation was so unprofessional that the employee got frustrated and walked off the job right in front of us. The manager’s behavior was completely unacceptable. She lacked basic customer service skills and clearly doesn’t know how to manage or support her team.
Chipotle needs to seriously reevaluate who they’re putting in charge of their stores. Very disappointing experience.
