Chipotle Mexican Grill

I wish I would have read the reviews prior to eating here. Then I would have saved myself from getting such. I had a chicken bowl with lettuce, plain chicken, veggies, queso, cheese, guacamole and sour cream.

A couple hours after I ate I started feeling sick. I'm sure there was something wrong with the chicken, I pretty sure I have food poisoning.

This place needs to be inspected!!!

Don't waste your time or money eating here!!!!

I got food poisoning after eating at this location. Upon checking my order, I found that the chicken was undercooked. Unfortunately, I didn't realize it at the time and became sick later that day. Serving undercooked meat is a serious food safety issue. I hope the staff and management take the necessary steps to ensure proper cooking procedures are followed moving forward.

Nice and clean

I had a terrible experience at this Chipotle location and will not be returning. I arrived at 9:30 PM (they close at 11), and the staff was already cleaning up. I ordered a burrito and was told they were out of tortillas, even though the tortillas were clearly in plain sight behind the counter.

When an employee tried to make my order anyway, the manager was extremely rude—not just to me, but to her own staff. She told us the only way to get a tortilla was to order online, which made absolutely no sense.

The situation was so unprofessional that the employee got frustrated and walked off the job right in front of us. The manager’s behavior was completely unacceptable. She lacked basic customer service skills and clearly doesn’t know how to manage or support her team.

Chipotle needs to seriously reevaluate who they’re putting in charge of their stores. Very disappointing experience.

Super skimp

This is by far the worst chipotle I ever visited. The rudest staff ever and the entitlement they feel. Stay away from this location unless you want to be treated like they are doing you a favor and you are not paying for the food. I complained to corporate and they did nothing it’s just even worse.

This is the closest location from my place. As we all like their food, it's a common restaurant choice for us. The setting area has a variety of options. The food was good.

Best on the west

This place is a mess if you aren’t Hispanic your bowl will be made with little portions. I was looking at everyone bowl ahead of me and they all were Hispanics and their bowl was made with appropriate portions. This lady literally gave me a half scoop of chicken, and when I asked her kindly to put a little bit more. Then that’s when she gave me a spoon full of chicken and said 5 dollar extra ? Yeah and I kindly walked off. She was super rude but nice to the Hispanic people. I went to the Woodbridge location. And literally the guy gave me appropriate portions. The protein size was appropriate and all I asked was a tad small more and he did so without attitude and saying 5 dollar extra. I would never come to lorton location.

Place was Clean and food was excellent

This Chipotle is consistent and the food is always good!

My family loves Chipotle in general however, the customer service hosts in this location are so rude and have attitude. They didn’t even wrap the Burrito well. I won’t go this place anymore.

Every time I go to this Chipotle at this location it’s ALWAYS something with them. The order ain’t correct or it ain’t the right amount. Went in yesterday 2/5/25 and got a veggie bowl that said came with guacamole and there was not any guacamole. Placed the order online. Once before I ordered online and added extra meat and I swear it wasn’t even any extra meat but I was charged for it. Not to mention you don’t get greeted when you walk in. I went in and stood waiting at the register for like 5 minutes until someone helped even though there were workers there. This location SUCKS and there staff is some trash too!

So I went in to get a burrito, an inquire about a job, since it said now hiring on the windows, an when I tell you I wouldn't want to work there after the experience I had totally rude and disrespectful, you can't make this up I agree with the other person commit above, don't every have to worry about coming back to eat, or for a job.
