This place always gets the order wrong and the order is never ready on time even when you place it a day before. This time they told me the order placed was cancelled even though I literally have the email receipt. They made it in store but I was late to my lunch meeting. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Delivery takes way too long ( AN HOUR ) we’ve been starving ever since we ordered the pizza at 9:06 first it took only 10 minutes to make the pizza but delivery status is showing more than 1 hour ……The way for my home is only 4 minutes away …… the delivery time was 10:15

I always order on Uber eats and I have a note to not knock or ring door bell. I have family that goes to bed really early and have to be super early. I call the store to ensure they don't ring the bell and the store hung up on me while I was talking. Disrespect and it sucks to deal with such terrible customer service. And they can't even honor the notes of my order to NOT RING BELL

The consistently provide poor quality food and service. We received the wrong food and were told that they would not remake it. When we asked to at least speak to the manager we were told they weren’t even in store and constantly leave at around 6-7 pm. The place is very poorly run and you’re better off spending your money elsewhere.

The atmosphere and service is always great. The staff treat the customers as if we’re all family, which is a really great feeling. I’m a regular here, so I’m always greeted by name the moment I walk in. The food is pretty good, it depends on who’s making pizza that day. Will say, the New York style pizza is a must! It’s actually one of favorites. Overall would recommend anyone to order here.
