I stopped in to this location after stopping at the UPS store. The store feels dirty, the floor is disgusting. Customer service was adequate but my egg bites tasted off, I was already in my car driving or I would have returned them. I won’t go back to this location, instead I’ll find a small business to frequent.

I recommend people with low blood pressure to come here on Saturday mornings.
I came here today and the long line of customers didn't show any signs of decreasing.
I think it's because the staff is prioritizing delivery orders.
Whatever, I waited for 35 minutes and finally got a chance to order.
However, I was told that they can't serve sandwiches except for drinks and donuts.
Thank you!

After 25 minutes of waiting, the staff screwed up my order and put bacon. When I told them to remake the sandwich, they simply gave me the same sandwich with bacon. I ended up vomiting. It was so disgusting. I could not use the bathroom in the 25 minute wait because it was closed.

This is the first time I've ever had a bad experience at Dunkin. There were 4-5 members having the conversations of their lives, but I had to wait around 5 min to take my order. They didn't even have the items I wanted. They have 4-5 people working together, but they can't even restock??? I got the $6 deal and never threw away food as fast as I did. The hash browns tasted like they were cooked in 5 day old cleaning supplies, and the bagel sandwich was more like a brick sandwich. How can it be this bad???? I go to Dunkin maybe once a month, but for the love of all that is holy, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I already sent a complaint to corporate and I will charge back on my card. The fact I have to leave a review really says a lot about this location.

They wouldn't remake my drink that was completely full, just because it was from a different store. I had the time stamped sticker on the cup and the receipt. & they would not give a refund. I Googled if different dunkin stores would remake drinks if it was made improperly it said yes. Just irritating I have errands to run who has time to go back to the same store. Disappointing.

No bathroom available, constantly out of order. They sell coffee, have tables to sit, and enjoy Latte, but the bathroom is out of order at all times. Make it make sense! Spend $$ fill your bladder, but piss on yourself.

Not because of the food or beverage…Their bathroom has a sign on the door that says it’s out of service. It’s not really out of service. They just don’t want their PAYING customers to use the bathroom.

Worst Duncan ever. You would think that the owner might give a ____, after all the negative reviews on here. The manager goes out of her way to be rude. She doesn’t deserve to be employed, obviously she feels the job is beneath her. Incredible in this day and age that NO ONE CARES. My company is close to this location, we will drive out of our way for coffee and donuts and always avoid this Duncan Donuts.

Clean atmosphere

Bathroom was “Out of Service” to customers.

Food was cold.

Young Lady that works the front counter needs better customer service. I explained to her that my bagel minis were cold and she replied “What you mean cold, the inside?”. I told her the inside and the outside. (The cream cheese was chunky and cold).

She took my cold food and gave it to another lady to “reheat” them. I asked can I get fresh minis and was basically told no. The front counter lady explained that they were putting them in the oven to reheat because if they use what they used before, my food would still be cold 🙄

I won’t be going here again, especially if I’m hungry and have to use the bathroom.

BTW they were out of veggie cream cheese. The lady in the front counter didn’t know this.

My daughter wanted a Dunkin' sandwich for the first time in a while, so I ordered it through the app and went to pick it up at the store. When I arrived at the store, they told me they couldn't make sandwiches because the oven was being repaired and that I should take donuts. Since my daughter doesn't like donuts, I asked for a refund and she told me to contact customer service in the app and request a refund. I asked customer service for a refund, and the next day they responded telling me to go to the store and order a free replacement. However, since there is no one to eat the sandwich now, I asked them to cancel the card I used or refund the money to the card in my Dunkin account. In the end, they only gave me a verbal apology in each email and no response to my last email, let alone a refund. In the past, I ordered a sandwich through an app, but when I went to pick it up at the store, they said there was no bread, so I requested a refund from customer service, but I didn't receive it. Now that it's happening again, I think I'll be reluctant to use the app in the future.

This place is a disaster. The staff, the drinks, the food, the service, the cleanliness, the timely delivery - a complete disaster. Unfortunately this is the closest coffee place and is on the way to the highway exit so we frequently come here and every time I somehow am more disappointed than the last visit - it’s never ending. I will never be back after today’s incident. The staff here are consistently rude, disorganized and are truly off. Today a man was 15 cents short on his order and I watched the manager yell at him about how he was short on literal change… and then watched the cashier dump the change back in his hands while it all spilled on the counter and floor. This poor man proceeded to sit down and count his change back out to make sure he had it all. I bought him his coffee and moved on with my day knowing the right thing was done. Sad and inhumane world we live in right now and very disappointed in the staff’s last of compassion and empathy today.
