This was never the best Dunkin location, however recently after the renovations it has been really bad. They messed up my coffee and usually I’ll just deal with it but today I asked if I could get it remade and they wouldn’t so I just reordered it. The staff was very rude and I asked for an extra cup and said that I needed to buy a coffee if I wanted a plastic cup. Which I had just done… twice. Long story short I won’t continue to go to this location, I’d rather drive a bit further for better service and quality coffee.

So this was a 50/50 Location in your past. 50% of the time you would get the Duncan you go in there to expect, and the other 50% you would get putrid disgusting creek water.
With the new renovations that just happened, I had high hopes for the location, but turns out it’s even worse than before. Instead of 50/50. I have gone there three times after the renovation and each time has been horrible.
I went in and ordered a iced hazelnut latte with almond milk and Splenda, And for some reason, it didn’t taste right, so I asked them to add a little bit more almond milk and a little bit more Splenda. No big deal, right? Wrong! Instead of adding anything or trying to fix it, she just told me to order another coffee a different way.
Whatever I’m not a real big complainer so I ordered the coffee again. It was passable this time, but unfortunately, I asked for an extra cup so I can consolidate the two coffees and maybe try to make the first coffee consumable in anyway with stuff, I have at home so it didn’t go to waste.
A relatively easy and simple request after buying three coffees For $22. Nope. This lady just stumbles into the back, grabs me a tiny paper cup for espresso and says “ You have to buy a coffee if you want a plastic cup”
Are you serious? Will not be coming back to this location for a very long time
I will make the trip down to Woodbridge where at least if my coffee gets served with attitude, at least it taste good. And I don’t have to wait 25 mins.

Christian The gentleman who helped wait on me today October 4th 2025 at 6:00PM was very pleasant kind and helped make my day better with pumpkin spice. Alot of these workers today are very rude to customers. But Christian cares about his job very clean and his work outfit nice and clean. What a true gentleman.

Terrible customer service and unbelievably slow. Every time I come here, the staff seems disorganized and uninterested in helping customers. Orders take forever even when the store isn’t busy. Definitely the worst Dunkin’ location I’ve been to — avoid if you’re in a hurry or expect decent service.

I stopped in to this location after stopping at the UPS store. The store feels dirty, the floor is disgusting. Customer service was adequate but my egg bites tasted off, I was already in my car driving or I would have returned them. I won’t go back to this location, instead I’ll find a small business to frequent.

I recommend people with low blood pressure to come here on Saturday mornings.
I came here today and the long line of customers didn't show any signs of decreasing.
I think it's because the staff is prioritizing delivery orders.
Whatever, I waited for 35 minutes and finally got a chance to order.
However, I was told that they can't serve sandwiches except for drinks and donuts.

After 25 minutes of waiting, the staff screwed up my order and put bacon. When I told them to remake the sandwich, they simply gave me the same sandwich with bacon. I ended up vomiting. It was so disgusting. I could not use the bathroom in the 25 minute wait because it was closed.

This is the first time I've ever had a bad experience at Dunkin. There were 4-5 members having the conversations of their lives, but I had to wait around 5 min to take my order. They didn't even have the items I wanted. They have 4-5 people working together, but they can't even restock??? I got the $6 deal and never threw away food as fast as I did. The hash browns tasted like they were cooked in 5 day old cleaning supplies, and the bagel sandwich was more like a brick sandwich. How can it be this bad???? I go to Dunkin maybe once a month, but for the love of all that is holy, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I already sent a complaint to corporate and I will charge back on my card. The fact I have to leave a review really says a lot about this location.
