I first discovered Empanadas de Mendoza at the Fourth of July parade food truck, and I’ve been hooked ever since. Their empanadas are absolutely delicious! We had them cater my kids’ birthday party and everything was perfect—the empanadas were made fresh, arrived warm, and came in easy-to-manage boxes.
