It’s extremely unprofessional to order over $50 worth of food and part of it was missing then when you tried calling the store they put you on hold then never came back or even picked up. I said hello may I please speak with a supervisor they put me on hold I said ok but they hung up then when I called back many times they would not pick up. This is the Five guys in Legacy Place Palm Beach Gardens Florida. Please do not order from here.

The food is delicious, yes. Do I want to take out a 401k loan for 2 cheeseburgers, no. The app always glitches and freezes and we give up anyways. Always a super annoying experience.

Followed up with Corp because I had a problem with my food - AA mgr Jasmine gave me a hard time about remaking my order so I logged a complaint with Corp. GM Mary took care of me .... Can't do attitudes Jasmine or I'm sure to file a complaint especially when you give my food order wrong!!

The gentleman that took my order was one of the BEST FAST FOOD EMPLOYEE i have ever met. He saw i was walking with a cane and would have to come back for the second drink. He brought it to my table and when the burgers were ready he brought them too. Asked if there was anything else he could do. Upon leaving the rain came down he went in the back and looked for an umbrella for us to use. This very kind and very hard working employee is why i will come back to 5 Guys in Fairlawn,Ohio. I asked his name but to be very honest i could not make out what he said. He is a very large man and I am sure the manager of the restaurant will know his name.

If you think $15 for a cheeseburger is ridiculous you're not alone.Add a $4 Coke and a $7 regular fries and you're in for $26.Stop patronizing them until they get their prices back in the real world.And 5 guys, you should be ashamed.

They push you to leave an online tip so their customers can subsidize their profits. Pay your employees like a real business, don't ask for handouts and donations from customers. In order to leave no tip you have to click 'other options.' They're already extremely overpriced, we stopped going, now they want the customers to pay their employees so they don't have to. Pay. Your. Employees. Like. A. Real. Business.

I'm so sad. My absolute favorite place to get milkshakes and you guys have decided to get rid of a staple- malted milk. I go out of my way (drive 30 miles) just for your chocolate malted milkshakes.Please bring them back.
Grew up loving Five Guys. Things just got too expensive to justify going there anymore. Going out to lunch shouldn't be a major financial decision.

Anthony at the Slidell location should not be dealing with customers. Rudeness to the extreme. Won't be back. Manager said she would talk to him. I told her it wouldn't help because he seems to be an angry person with a chip on his shoulder. Not fresh fries. Soggy and barely earm.

The price has gotten a bit high. But what hasn’t. People spend $7 or more for a cup of coffee. Five guys is still the best Hamburger anywhere!!! I’m sold for life!!

No limit to price increases. Every time you go in there, the prices go up. I once looked down at my shoelaces for a second and the burgers increased in price by a dollar. I grill every summer, I know how much the ingredients cost. Wanna charge gourmet prices, open a gourmet burger joint. Until then, get real. There are numerous competitors with more realistic prices. It's ground beef and potatoes, give me a break. You're not fooling anyone. If this keeps up, they will be out of business.
