The food is delicious, yes. Do I want to take out a 401k loan for 2 cheeseburgers, no. The app always glitches and freezes and we give up anyways. Always a super annoying experience.
Followed up with Corp because I had a problem with my food - AA mgr Jasmine gave me a hard time about remaking my order so I logged a complaint with Corp. GM Mary took care of me .... Can't do attitudes Jasmine or I'm sure to file a complaint especially when you give my food order wrong!!
The gentleman that took my order was one of the BEST FAST FOOD EMPLOYEE i have ever met. He saw i was walking with a cane and would have to come back for the second drink. He brought it to my table and when the burgers were ready he brought them too. Asked if there was anything else he could do. Upon leaving the rain came down he went in the back and looked for an umbrella for us to use. This very kind and very hard working employee is why i will come back to 5 Guys in Fairlawn,Ohio....
