IHOP offers a mix of experiences - a slow start, excellent food, and a wait for the check. Despite some service hiccups, the "Watermelon Lemonade Splasher" was a hit. However, there seems to be a portion size issue, with pancakes noticeably smaller than before. The staff did their best as there were no lights in the dining area and there was no control of the air-conditioning. The food was a little mediocre for IHOP, but they were working under poor conditions. Liz, the host, possesses an exceptional personality and provides outstanding hospitality. Her interactions with guests were truly remarkable, and she promptly refilled beverages when servers were unavailable. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was wonderfully cooked to perfection, creating an amazing dining experience.
