Mrs Liz is and was amazing! I bring my daughter every weekend and Mrs Liz greets us with a smile every time! She is very pleasant and sweet when she speaks! Great lady!!!!!!! Definitely an asset to the ihop team at Gunston plaza location.

On Wednesday the 31st, I placed a pickup order through the IHOP app for myself and my daughter. When I got home, I realized my daughter’s kids meal was missing from the bag. I called the restaurant immediately, and Ms. Liz answered. She apologized and told me to come back on Saturday, explaining that she kept a copy of my receipt so I could receive the missing order.
When Saturday came, I stopped by in the morning to pick it up. Unfortunately, I was met by a very rude employee named Diva at the front counter. I explained the situation, but she immediately became disrespectful and aggressive, demanding emails and proof, even though I repeatedly told her that Ms. Liz already had the receipt saved for this exact reason.
Instead of trying to help, Diva had one of the nastiest attitudes I’ve ever experienced in customer service. There was no professionalism, understanding, or effort to resolve a mistake that the restaurant itself made.
Because of this experience, I would absolutely not recommend this location especially for families. Customer service like this is unacceptable.

Long wait time, servers need to work on their customer service skills regardless as to how someone waits since they depend on customers tips, their attitude should reflect how eager they are to attend people. Still, horrible service, wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Enroute back to Savannah, GA, my son and I stopped here because IHop is one of my son's favorite spots. They were having issues with their system, but still maintained their professionalism. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. She made sure our orders were correct. I ordered the vegetarian breakfast and my son had the kids silver dollar pancakes. Before I could even ask for a refill, she already was bringing a new glass with our drink. Great spot and excellent service. What more could you want.
