I want to share a disappointing experience my girlfriend had at this Jersey Mike’s location. She placed her order with one of the team members, who was courteous and took the order without issue. However, what happened next was incredibly unprofessional.
A younger female employee reacted very poorly to having to make a hot sandwich roughly 30 minutes before closing. She loudly expressed her frustration, raising her voice at her coworker in front of customers—including my girlfriend and the couple ahead of her—creating an uncomfortable and awkward environment for everyone.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any customer-facing business. Regardless of the time, patrons should never be made to feel like a burden for simply placing an order. I hope management addresses this and takes steps to ensure a more respectful and professional atmosphere moving forward.

I am from Southern New Jersey. The 2 staff members at Jersey Mike's on Ox Road in Woodbridge VA absolutely know how to put A sub together! The best sub I've had in the 5 years I have lived in VA.

I used to really enjoy this place but the last time I went I ordered online to do a quick pickup because I had my toddler and didn’t want to wait but I and every other online order were completely ignored for twenty plus minutes while they continued to make sandwiches for the walk in orders. Including many people who came in after us. My order was completed before I entered the store but they would not even check. I was upset and submitted a complaint through the app and waited for a reply. They said they would respond within 48 business hours and that was well over a month ago. I have yet to receive any reply for my complaint. Being ignored entirely makes me highly question their customer service.I used to order from the store a few times a month at least but I will not be returning.

I will always come to this location over the other ones in the area. All the employees know how to make a great sandwich and do so with a positive attitude while providing a great overall experience, especially Jason. He even gave me a few extra napkins and completed my order very quickly. He’s the best!

I literally drive 20 minutes out of my way when I have closer Jersey Mike’s to me just so that I can go to this location. The people who work here are so nice and helpful and warm. Especially the person with the black rectangular glasses with short hair usually wearing a cap. They deserve a raise!!! The food is always good and tastes fresh, and just off vibes alone they deserve 5 stars. 🌟

I had to share my experience of grabbing lunch at this Jersey Mike's today. The crew was clearly hit with a huge rush when I entered - a big line of customers and clearly takeout orders, just flooding them. I wanted to commend the staff who did a stellar job at handling everyone's business cool, calm, and collected. There was a definitive wait for me to get through the line, but I was impressed with the team's care, approach, and friendliness with each customer, despite being in the weeds. The owner even jumped in and helped take orders! It's stellar to see that kind of leadership which clearly trickles down the the team here. My lunch was delicious as I always expect Jersey Mikes to be, but I will 100% be sure to stop in and recommend this location again as they clearly have what it takes as a team to handle tough moments, but still leave customers feeling happy and welcomed!
