Customer service shines at this location! Though we’ve never been disappointed in the food, and it’s my daughter’s favorite spot (we’re there twice a week minimum), the customer service has been fantastic. From the sandwich makers, to checkout, up to store management, all have been friendly, funny yet professional, generous, and understanding when we (the customer) have made mistakes, and corrected issues other affiliated stores have made when they had no obligation. Grateful for people like those this location employs. They’ve gone above and beyond!

Very loud and unpleasant dining experience. Manager running the shop vac while customers are trying to enjoy lunch. She wasn’t very nice to the customers either.

I want to share a disappointing experience my girlfriend had at this Jersey Mike’s location. She placed her order with one of the team members, who was courteous and took the order without issue. However, what happened next was incredibly unprofessional.
A younger female employee reacted very poorly to having to make a hot sandwich roughly 30 minutes before closing. She loudly expressed her frustration, raising her voice at her coworker in front of customers—including my girlfriend and the couple ahead of her—creating an uncomfortable and awkward environment for everyone.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any customer-facing business. Regardless of the time, patrons should never be made to feel like a burden for simply placing an order. I hope management addresses this and takes steps to ensure a more respectful and professional atmosphere moving forward.
