Came here earlier today because they serve gluten free bread. No such luck apparently. The person working said "oh we don't have it today" and I said "what does that mean" and he said "it's frozen, if I had a microwave I would heat it up for you"
2 things wild and crazy here: 1) Why do you have food frozen yet you're unable to prepare or serve it? 2) Why don't you have a microwave in a fast food joint that's supposed to sell hot sandwiches?
It's literally advertised on the window that you have gluten free bread too.
Also afterwards a man came in and the same worker said to him "we can't do hot sandwiches today, someone messed up and didn't order enough chicken and steak so we ran out a few hours ago"
OH - also, my roommate and girlfriend went here last week and told me not to come, they said that everything in their order was wrong and they had to get their sandwiches made multiple times. I was hoping that if I just went in and placed the order it would be fine but I guess if you don't even have things prepped to serve that would make things difficult.
Whoever is running this location is way out of their depth and needs to desperately reassess their business practices.

They always don’t have a clean area they work in all day. I think you should clean to beginning till end. Just the customer service energy here is sub par. I feel like other plans are bright eye and bushy tailed. They only white bread at 6:20 pm. I am desperate to come here.

Disappointed to pick up my order I called in to find there was Peppers on My Steak and cheese sub. I REQUESTED NO PEPPERS AS I GET SEVERE HEARTBURN if I eat them. I call to let them know and of course no answer each time I called. So here I am stuck at work for I cannot go back out. I work until 7 IN THE MORNING. My dInner is ruined, I cannot eat this and now I have no food. Jersey should make this right somehow for me. The inconvenience of it all was unnecessary.

Just went in at 345 on 11/11. Two guys there. One did not want to work, the other was irritated bc he just got and no prep work was done and showed me an empty tomato bucket.
I had just told my kids in the car we should go to the one by giant bc there is always an issue at the one by Amazon fresh. It was closer, but sure enough I was right.
Awful management of it is consistent w problems. Never again.
Was at the lorton market today 4 employees just hanging around talking to a girls, waited 10 minutes for finally 1 of them ask me what i want 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡

Failure to provide toilet paper and paper towels after forcing you to pay first is unacceptable. The server rubbed the top of my cup on the counter. Cleanliness should be standard, not optional and yet these basic short comings demonstrated this location should be closed.

Staff seem to honestly be incompetent. There were maybe 5 people in line behind us, they couldn’t handle taking orders and finishing them. They started taking other orders before finishing a sandwich, not offering to toast or melt cheese. Sad location.
