I walked into this Latin restaurant to ask a simple question about their hours, but the lady at the counter completely ignored me. Instead of answering, she immediately started telling me to order. I felt disrespected and unwelcome from the start. Customer service should begin with listening and being polite, not dismissing customers’ questions. Very disappointing experience.

This place used to be good several years ago but something has changed. I ordered a steak bowl and whatever the meat was it definitely wasn’t steak . It was long thing and slimy . In fact the entire bowl was just mush . The restaurant itself is filthy and no one is wearing gloves of a hair net . There are lots of other restaurants in that shopping center now . Will not be going back to La Brasa.

I strongly recommend visiting this restaurant in person before placing an online order. The cleanliness is seriously lacking, and the staff are incredibly rude. I was shocked to find feathers still on the chicken—it clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned before cooking.

Maybe other dishes are better but the burrito was edible, that’s the best way to describe it. Tastes like canned beans, corns and rice put together with dry rotisserie chicken. The fried yucca was inconsistent in size, shape and how done it was. Sauces that came with it were okay.

The fries were overcooked and very greasey, they were fried more than one time and inedible. The owner was very rude, she told me that I wanted to get more fries for my complaint.
I am sorry if you do feel a type of way about the service given, but there isn’t a reason to write only nasty reviews. We do our best everyday to meet your needs. I speak spanish very fluently but I do not expect myself to read off every item in english or spanish for the benefit of yourself. You may step back ask for the dining room lights to be off for you if you do not wish to strain yourself, or you may also leave instead of forcing yourself to eat food you know isn’t good for your own “spiritual” well being or whatever you’d like to identify it as. you have to be ready for yourself, not for me. If you would like your order to be done as soon as possible please help yourself to ring the 🛎️ ! ask about your food that you want to order. we expect you to eat enjoyably but we are not you. This place does have history but with history comes a load of information as in customers employees and so on. You can’t expect me to be the only one working in the front, and you may not even expect to see the same person every day. I was taught to be self sufficient, and I definitely know you may have even been taught the same way if not even more.
