One of the best Peruvian chicken places in the area, in my opinion

The fries were overcooked and very greasey, they were fried more than one time and inedible. The owner was very rude, she told me that I wanted to get more fries for my complaint.

I am sorry if you do feel a type of way about the service given, but there isn’t a reason to write only nasty reviews. We do our best everyday to meet your needs. I speak spanish very fluently but I do not expect myself to read off every item in english or spanish for the benefit of yourself. You may step back ask for the dining room lights to be off for you if you do not wish to strain yourself, or you may also leave instead of forcing yourself to eat food you know isn’t good for your own “spiritual” well being or whatever you’d like to identify it as. you have to be ready for yourself, not for me. If you would like your order to be done as soon as possible please help yourself to ring the 🛎️ ! ask about your food that you want to order. we expect you to eat enjoyably but we are not you. This place does have history but with history comes a load of information as in customers employees and so on. You can’t expect me to be the only one working in the front, and you may not even expect to see the same person every day. I was taught to be self sufficient, and I definitely know you may have even been taught the same way if not even more.

My wife and my daughter came for lunch, the owner an her son get in fight, really disappointing i don't recommend this place.

If there was a negative star I would have posted it. Should have known not to order when I noticed it didn’t even have the aroma of pollo la brasa roasting in the oven when you walk in. IT actually didnt even have chicken roasting in their crusty ovens. FIRST thing you walk in is very young looking teenagers taking your order which is fine but they were not welcoming at all. Not once did she smile. Customer service was non existent. The interior was NOT aesthetically pleasing, with old furniture with tears and dirty walls. Just being there made me feel dirty. The bathroom smelled of manure. Food took forever, we were about to just leave despite spending alot of money on our food. Chicken was dry and hard. Yuka was ok but tasted like old grease. Food was served on cafeteria style plates and tray. We ended up NOT eating all our food and went to chipotle afterwards. NEVER coming back!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER experienced in a restaurant. Usually I don't post any reviews but this was high unfair incident that I had to go through as a customer. They don't know how to respect to the customers and when question about the missing food in my order at the pick-up, cashier got angry and ask me to leave the restaurant without correcting it. Cashier got so much negative attitude and the anger issues. Waisted of time being in there and Hope this place will treat their customers with much respect on going with the business. Good luck for the future customers!
