I called to place an order for pick up and the lady was very rude claiming she was the only one working there. Why have a business if you can't handle it? Needless to say I took my business elsewhere

I have tried a lot of these peruvian chicken places and decided to try this one for lunch. I ordered the 1/4 white chicken combo with shrimp. My order was initially rung up incorrectly, but the person working there quickly corrected my ticket. This was not a big deal, but I have seen several reviews for this place complaining that orders seem to be incorrect frequently. I think the price point is good considering you get a drink and two sides. The inside looked clean and is spacious. My only real issue was the wait time. Most of these pollo a la brasa places get you in and out quickly during lunch, but this was the slowest I have experienced. I agree with another reviewer that calling in ahead is wise. The food itself was delicious and was a large portion. The shrimp were amazing and the chicken was moist and cooked perfectly. Overall I think 4 stars is fair for this place.

Back when this place first opened, I loved coming here. But somethings have obviously changed to include the quality of food & customer service.I found hair long hair in my plate of nachos melted with the cheese and beans. I didn’t see it until I had eaten half way through my food.They are clearly not practicing food safety and cleanliness when preparing food. Simple hair nets, hats or at least wearing their hair up would have sufficed and clean hands.To make matters worse, the young lady at the front counter has a major attitude. I think her name is Jennifer. She really doesn’t seem take the business seriously which I would not want that attitude as the face of my business.Not EVER will I eat there again.And yes, I did call to let the owner/manager about the hair in the food. I went alll the way back there to get my money back but she wasn’t there, and the girl at the front desk could not even leave a message for me or at least let me know a good time to come back. I don’t live near that area , so I gave up not getting my refund .I cant attach a video , but screenshots are there and photos, just so you see this isn’t made

DON'T GO! . If I could give the place a zero start rating, I would. Terrible customer service. The place is not clean and has no pride of ownership. The owner is rude and mean to customers and staff. Should not have an establishment if they are not willing to at least be clean and courteous. Food is okay but the presentation is messy.

Disappointed. This used to be a very good Peruvian Pollo spot. The pollo has lost that Peruvian pollo taste, it bland with no flavor. The fries and yuca are over cooked and have a very dark color to allude that the oil is old or they are left out, I received cold fries and yuca. The black beans and rice had a funny smell almost as if they also are old. And on top of it all, the service is unfriendly and I. Even got an eye roll from the young lady when she almost ran me up with the wrong order. It's like they are being bothered when you arrive. Don't know what happened to this location it used to be a gem now it's just a spot I will avoid. Spin Pollo in Kingstowne is head and shoulders better.

Not warming at arrival once the door opens no greeting . Staff have no clue as to what's happening! Deer in the Headlights! The Owner/Manger is unapologetic for the non uniform staff and lifeless dinning room.

Ordered through their website for pickup time of 12:05, arrived at 12:10 to be told that what I ordered on their own website was not available. Even though my number was on my order nobody called me to let me know. The girl at the counter was extremely rude about it as well.

The Peruvian chicken is *GREAT*, especially with the yellow salsa and green salsa (green has a little bit of a bite <3)they serve with it. And I very highly recommend the steak Salad Bowl! It LOOKS amazing, tastes even better, the crunchy bowl is outstanding. The chips are the best around. Want to watch a game? Order a couple chips with guacamole and chips with salsa. Also - they will fry the fried yucca for you right then - just do it. Seriously. The fried plantains are a great dessert - take those home and stick some vanilla ice cream on top. Also, they make their horchata in-house.

DO NOT SPEND ANY PENNY AT THIS PLACE! ALL THE STAFF ARE RUDE. It was the half chicken and rice and beans, side of picco and plantains. I also order Flan for dessert. Since it is my first time I thought to give them a try even though the reviews were not as great. I just hope it is good.I got my orders and after trying, the chicken was OK, so then I tried to open the Flan. As soon as I opened there was black spots and green molds all over it!With my dismayed I almost throw up. I was so disappointed and tried to contact DoorDash to let them know about the issues they said they will call me back within 3hours.A moment after I called the restaurant to let them know what happened with my order. First person who answered the phone was not friendly, I asked for a manager and yet again another unfriendly one. I explained about my order and he said he will give the phone to the owner. So then I started talking to the owner. I was hoping that I will be greeted with a friendly attitude since she’s the owner.l, but I was so disappointed. After explaining what happened, she then told me to come and get a refund. I told her I wasn’t asking for a refund. First of all she didn’t even acknowledge that it was their fault, no apology and very rude. After mentioning that, she then said “ WELL IF YOU EVEN LET ME FINISH I WAS GOING TO TELL YOU IF ITS GOING TO MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER AND RICHER TO COME AND PICK UP YOUR $3.00!Coming from an owner this is not acceptable. I never expected that nor experience it. It is quite upsetting to hear that from her. I could’ve fed that to my son and got sick from it. The health department should come and visit this place and shut it down.PLEASE DO NOT SPEND ANY PENNY AT THIS PLACE!VERY RUDE, THEY SERVE FOOD WITH MOLDS!
