Stopped here to get takeout. Person behind the counter was not friendly and gave us one word answers when we asked about particular items. We ordered two vermicelli dishes that were each supposed to come with a spring roll. When we got the food home, we discovered one dish had no spring roll and the other had one but it had been cut in thirds. Weird. We were the only customers there, so it wasn’t like they were swamped and just overlooked the other spring roll. The vermicelli was tasteless, and the beef and pork tasted the same. The meat was tender but it was very lacking in taste. I would not return.

Pho soup itself is not good. I’ve been to many many pho spots and this was probably the worst.
Pho Soup should be called Water soup.
Sooooo disappointing and the owner could care less. NOT AUTHENTIC PHO AT ALL!
The service was very friendly. Food was well seasoned, fresh, and prepped well. Would come again!

This place is my absolute favorite viet place ever and their banh mi, pho, and beverages have been there for me through breakups and awful days at work. The food is incredible each time and the prices are phenomenal for how good the food is. I recommend this place to all my friends and regularly get takeout here because it’s just that good.

Usually, we're here for the pho, despite the perpetual side-eye at the portion size; the flavor always delivers. Today, we ventured for something new – the shaky beef and chicken fried rice (nearly $15.95 each). The portion sizes were a letdown. For the price, the shaky beef should arrive in its own container, separate from the white rice. Instead, half the foam container was filled with rice. Counting, we found only six small pieces of beef. The fried rice portion was equally disappointing. Though the foam box may deceive with its size, it contains merely a small rectangle of rice. I used to be a regular, but I'm exhausted from spending money on these rip-offs. Might as well cook at home."

The pho broth is very good and didn't tasted any MSG. Service was fast. The vegetables are also fresh for the pho. The serves a complimentary fried long John, which is rare, especially for Vietnamese restaurants. The Long John was very good.

I got their grilled pork banh mi sandwich to go, and I loved it. The meat was super flavorful and tender, and the rest of the ingredients were very fresh! They prepared the sandwich very quickly and the restaurant itself looked great. I’d definitely recommend their banh mi if you’re looking for a quick bite!

Very clean, bright Pho and Vietnamese speciality restaurant. Ingredients are fresh, hot and nicely presented. This is our favorite lunch stop before walking around Burke Lake!

I was looking forward to some pho in this cold weather, but unfortunately, my experience was not as expected, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts.Upon entering with my guest, who has a service dog, the server suggested serving us outside due to the service dog, even though the weather was cold, and there was no available heating. When we told her "no, it's too cold outside" she informed that service inside was not possible. It's important to note that denying service indoors due to the presence of a service dog is against ADA regulations. This left us in a uncomfortable position, and rather than causing a scene, we decided to leave and patronize another place.I'm sharing this review in the hope that they will take note and consider making changes for future guests. Ensuring compliance with ADA regulations not only promotes inclusivity but also contributes to a positive dining experience for all customers.

Got takeout Plain Pho and Steak. Meat was full of gristle and raw in plastic. Soup was way too salty. I've been a fairly regular customer and everything was good. When I called to tell them they blew me off. No sorry or anything , just thank you for telling me and goodbye. I'm Not planning to ever go back.

I left extremely dissatisfied with my recent dining experience, and I feel compelled to warn others about it. There are two main reasons for my disappointment:
Firstly, we ordered spring rolls, Pho, and Bun Bo Hue, but only the spring rolls tasted mediocre. The Bun Bo Hue's soup was particularly disappointing, as it lacked any flavor and tasted like bland water with just green onions.
Secondly, when I kindly provided feedback to the server in hopes of improving the soups, she went to speak with who we believe is the owner. Shockingly, they exchanged words in Vietnamese, with the owner dismissing my feedback as an attempt to cause trouble. In Vietnamese, she said, “don’t worry about it, she’s just trying to cause trouble.”
Regrettably, I am writing this review to shed light on both the subpar food quality and the establishment's unwillingness to accept constructive criticism for improvement. It appears that they simply don't care enough to make any effort.
In the end, we decided to take the noodles and meat to-go to feed our dog, but we didn't bother taking the soup. Frankly, I could easily replicate the soup's taste by boiling tap water and adding some flavoring to it.
