Waited for 20 mins for a mobile order with curbside pickup. They never brought the food out. Had to go inside and wait another 10 mins. Then i received the wrong order. It wasnt even busy. Probably the worst McDonalds ive ever been to

If I could give 0 stars I would. I live in the area and every time I go to this particular location it’s the worst. ALWAYS a problem. Food is always just thrown together any type of way. Today my fries were burnt with some black stuff on them that looked like pepper. I asked for more fries and they gave me the same damn fries and said something about the grease they are cooked in and they were cold. My sandwich was cold as well! Unacceptable! A waste of money. Then the managers and staff and very rude and nasty. These people do not care what they feed you. Never again! PLEASE Go to a different location if you want McDonald’s. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Lorton McDonald s on Richmond hwy. Needs new cooks managers and staff. I should call the health department. It’s that serious.

If I could give this place negative I would. Shady franchisee can’t even fix the restrooms. Expect all genders to use the 1 stall in men’s room. 20 plus minutes and gave up on food not worth it

I ordered a large caramel iced coffee and I got no caramel and just milk with a lot of ice. If I wanted that I could have made it in my house. I’m so disappointed with this place. I will never go there again!
