I just came around at 7:45pm tonight, 1/13/26 and the two guys at the window were the kindest employees that this McDonald’s has had working the drive thru. I like this McDonald’s because the one up in west Springfield is charging almost $5 a mcchicken. The food always comes fresh and the hardly ever forget my sauces.

After waiting in line for 30 minutes, which is not unusual for this location, I received an incorrect order. No pickles specified and got the biggest pickle in the restaurant. DO BETTER!

One of the worst Mcd’s. Chronically slow… I live in the area and it’s rare that they’re not backed up for 15-30 minutes just to place your order and it’s been this way for a few months

Not sure if they’re understaffed or what but they certainly don’t know what they’re doing over there.

Long line at inside counter and drive thru line wrapped around store. Computers down or something, lots of confusion, could not make change. Many people frustrated and just walk out. The coffee was good though.

This was one of the most disappointing McDonald’s visits I’ve had. The wait time was extremely long in both the drive-thru and inside the restaurant. If you are in a hurry or want timely service, I strongly suggest visiting a different location.

Happy meal was forgotten altogether. Then when we got it, Milk and apple slices forgotten from my son’s happy meal. The young lady doing the mobile order curbside that day seemed annoyed that I had to tell her things were missing? Like it was my fault? lol “Is there anything ELSE missing?” And if there was, why are you asking me like I did it? lol redirect that annoyance please

I visited this McDonald's at 2:30 AM on Monday, November 17, 2025, and had an extremely upsetting experience. I accidentally drove off without my drink and immediately turned to get it, assuming it was fine to go inside since the door was open. However, I was immediately told to leave and that I couldn't be served. When I politely asked if they'd be able to hand me the drink since I was already inside, the staff threatened to call the police, which was completely unnecessary and very upsetting. I also had to go through the drive-thru and wait an additional 10 minutes to get my drink. On top of that, I overheard the staff loudly cursing about another coworker, which made the whole experience even more uncomfortable. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of respect and professionalism. I hope corporate will address these issues so that no one else has to go through something like this. Actually ridiculous.
