I looked forward to eating here, but have not done so in years. I was really disappointed. The food tasted good, but the portions were small. Photos show a full bowl of soup. I received a half. Mens bathroom was the dirtiest I've seen! Not up to Panera standards of old. Rusted trash can. Papers on the floor. Cleanliness is such a simple concept.

I think this place gets a bad wrap most people who write bad reviews have never worked in a kitchen and don’t know the stress every time I go here this place is packed drive thru line at least 4-5 cars deep. The food is great for what it is and the workers are great if you are patient and nice to them they will return that kindness!

I recently visited Panera in Lorton, VA. I stopped before the autotrain to Sanford Florida. The manager TK Flores-Marquez was exceptional. I observed him cleaning tables and engaging with customers. He was stopping by tables and basically attending to their every need. My personal experience was over the top customer service. The food was good and the environment was very clean. TK was a stand out.. fan favorite amongst the coworkers and the customers. Please recognize him and his store for excellence!

The whole place very clean and the staff quality and service were AMAZING! Behind the counter people were friendly, the manager helped us with a food allergy issue, all of the staff were friendly and polite, they helped another patron with a lost purse, and the manager was engaged with staff and customers! Best Panera experience I've ever had!

Today would be my unforgettable day with Panera Bread here. I drove the long way from the North and I was visiting by the store to get some rest. I went there and left without my purse. When I drove back for some period of the time then I noticed that I didn’t see my purse. I was panicked and couldn’t even remember the name of city I visited by. I was out of the blue. Then I searched all Panera bread nearby but not the exact one I visited. I got the help from the a staff from different Panera bread and told me this store. I went there and checked the place I left but nothing found. When I ran back the manager of the store handed me my purse and he told me that he tried to look for me online but couldn’t find it. He told me the staff Francis found that and gave it to him. Both of them said “ God bless you” when I was driving back to here to keep praying to the God. I was so touched by the experience and the staffs here are so friendly and nice which made me so touched also brought more chips here. This experience that I won’t even forget in my life. Thanks everyone and thanks God. I really appreciated! Highly recommended not only the food but the people here are amazing!

Usually love Panera, but our breakfast sandwiches were super greasy. Panera has been decreasing in quality and steadily changing their menu beyond recognition. I miss the days where it was a real bakery.
Sadly, my 10year+ dedication to Panera may be on borrowed time.

I can’t speak for all Panera locations, but I wouldn’t recommend this one due to poor customer service. My online order was marked as “delivered” to the wrong address, and when both DoorDash and I reached out, I was told there was nothing they could do.
