Usually love Panera, but our breakfast sandwiches were super greasy. Panera has been decreasing in quality and steadily changing their menu beyond recognition. I miss the days where it was a real bakery.
Sadly, my 10year+ dedication to Panera may be on borrowed time.

I can’t speak for all Panera locations, but I wouldn’t recommend this one due to poor customer service. My online order was marked as “delivered” to the wrong address, and when both DoorDash and I reached out, I was told there was nothing they could do.

This Panera has improved so much since TK came on board. Now this store is much better run and friendly. We love coming here and enjoying the atmosphere and food. They really treat each customer as a guest

Women working the register was nice. We sat down and my daughter ordered wing stop from next door, my son and I ordered Panera. The manager came over and basically kicked us out because of the wing stop. Even though I just bought food from Panera. So rude.

The food was good but they typically always mess something up with my order, today there was some small gnats in my broccoli cheddar soup. Love panera but I cant eat somewhere with bugs in my soup.

Good food at expensive prices but when you are traveling, you care more about convenience . It's real food , not fast food.
