Chris and Noah were so helpful in getting our large order out promptly - 10 pizzas in 30 min ? They did this while balancing many other orders, and even managed to provide great customer service. Thank you both, you made a very stressful moment (working to feed 20 teenagers) manageable!
It's my favorite Place to get Pizza, but tonight I ordered the new cupped pepperoni NY crispy pizza. It came not crispy, grease laying in puddles and terrible tasting. The cheese and grease rolled off when I picked up a slice. I do not recommend purchasing this one and will not again either. I'm a loyal customer and will order again, but just know not pleased at all!

Tall red haired dude who is the “boss” is as rude as rude gets. Terrible attitude and nasty demeanor. He is usually not like that but today he snapped for no good reason. I hope he gets demoted or moves to another location. I won’t be going back to papa John’s all locations just because of that. I can honestly say that was the worst fast food customer service I’ve ever encountered in my life. Wishing him nothing but the worst. Dude needs Jesus and a couple of mental meds.

When I first started ordering from this store the food and service was great. Throughout the winter the service declined. Delivery drivers would leave my food outside in the cold and not inform us the food was there. I complained about the service and never received a response.After the two very cold meals I stopped ordering for a while. A recent order about 2 weeks ago my pizza was delivered all mangled. Yesterday I made an order online with a requested 8pm delivery. My guests were set to arrive between 7:45 and 8pm. The pizza arrived at 7:23 and once again my friends ate cold pizza.I use to only order from Papa Johns, now most my pizza will be from other places. The lack of service, response and concern through at least 5 bad experiences makes it impossible to keep doing business with this location.
