Bad management they will charge you if your pizza wasn't made the right

The site manager was arguing with an older employee while I was there. This same employee was actually feeding pigeons in the front of the store. The young lady that helped me was great...the only bright spot of my experience at this location.

When I first started ordering from this store the food and service was great. Throughout the winter the service declined. Delivery drivers would leave my food outside in the cold and not inform us the food was there. I complained about the service and never received a response.After the two very cold meals I stopped ordering for a while. A recent order about 2 weeks ago my pizza was delivered all mangled. Yesterday I made an order online with a requested 8pm delivery. My guests were set to arrive between 7:45 and 8pm. The pizza arrived at 7:23 and once again my friends ate cold pizza.I use to only order from Papa Johns, now most my pizza will be from other places. The lack of service, response and concern through at least 5 bad experiences makes it impossible to keep doing business with this location.

Definitely returning to this location specifically. The GM Tony gave the best recommendation and he was super hospitable. One thing that this location was missing was a manager who cares about the product. I will not need to worry about the quality of the product from this location. Thanks!

Takeout order place for 6pm in the morning. Arrives at 6pm exactly... and tells me to wait for 7-10 min. We order in advance for specific time because we have planned it and needs it that time. This reminds me why I don't use Papa John's. I only came here for the heart shaped pizza. Not again.

I ordered carryout- 3 pizzas & 3 orders of wings. It was ready on-time. Papa J's now has a new service where they will bring your order to your car. I love that because I didn't have to park & go in.Pizza & wings were all delicious. The employee who brought my order to the car was very friendly & personable.We love pizza night!
3 topping large delivered 33 bucks. As a former COVID driver I am thankful for this company. This is fleecing and it was under cooked. Partner ordered not me.

Heard this location was under new management so I tried it again. I don't live here but its close to my grandmas house and we used to eat here alot until it went down hill.Tried it the other day again and Its exactly how the experience should be. Quick, efficient, and hella tasty. New management doing it right.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Not only did they charge us 3 times for our order, they claimed they never received it. This was at 6:30pm. So my husband went down to the store after sitting on hold for 30 minutes. They begin making our order, send my husband home, and tell him it will be there in 45 minutes. This was at 7:30 pm. I call the store to ask how long until our pizza is done because we will just pick it up. They say 10 minutes, great, we live ten minutes away. My husband gets there and they SENT OUR ORDER TO THE WRONG HOUSE. We find this out at approximately 8:15pm. It is now 8:40pm TWO HOURS after my husband placed the order and he is still at the store waiting for our order to be done. We will never do business with this company again.

Easily the slowest pizza place in northern VA. And they let you stand in the lobby without acknowledging you at all.

Ordered a epic pepperoni stuffed crust and garlic parm breadsticks. They messed up the pizza so they put another into the oven so we had to wait an extra 20 minutes. Mistakes happen and that's ok, I wasn't mad. They gave my son a 20 oz rootbeer from the kid to compensate which was nice. Came home and found the breadsticks were cold and hard. Apparently it wasn't remade to be fresh since the pizza remake held everything up. Then the pizza had a whole slice that had no toppings on it (half was pepperoni and half pineapple) and the stuffed crust had no pepperoni in it. Just a regular stuffed crust. Lastly, I noticed my son's rootbeer was expired on June 9. It's currently July 29. Not the first time we went to this location and not the first time we had problems. This is the first review I have done here and the last time we will come here.
