This place needs trained waitresses and waiters asap. The wait for a clean table was long, workers were walking by us and no one acknowledged that we were there. When they finally sit us and take our order they took forever to bring the food. Arroz chaufa was ok, but too greese, the Causa cevichera was bad, the ceviche was not fresh and the causa was plain, and lastly the worse was the pollo a la plancha, it was raw on the inside and with no flavor whatsoever. The manager was yelling to the waiter and to the cooks inside, to the point that everyone in the restaurant was listening and wondering what happened. We are definitely not coming back. If you want an authentic Peruvian restaurant in the Woodbridge area, go to Kikiriki nothing compares to this place.

Seriously save your money, the food and service is atrocious.Dry no flavour, waiter had zero personality even had the audacity to add a 20% service fee to a table of 2...clearly they know they suck hence the added tip.I would never come back here and you shouldn't either.

Upon entering the table is not clean, the waiter took a while to arrive, when he was asked for some dishes that were not on the menu, he indicated that he did not know because it was a new system. The cutlery had traces of dirt, the glass glasses did not look transparent. The food was good, I ordered a ceviche with jelly. The place is nice.

Well I love the Peruvian food!!To start, I love Peruvian food, I have been to this restaurant on several occasions and the service WAS excellent, but on this occasion it was not. many things, and for a Friday afternoon I was disappointed with one of the things like CANCHITA, something very fundamental in Peruvian food, Corona beer, Queso, if cheese they offer corn with cheese and there is none, instead they gave me cream in this occasion have left a lot to be desired a little slow and there are only 4 tables with peopleBad bad serviceI think I'll stop comingTo start, I love Peruvian food, I have been to this restaurant on several occasions and the service WAS excellent, but on this occasion it was not. many things, and for a Friday afternoon I was disappointed with one of the things like CANCHITA, something very fundamental in Peruvian food, Corona beer, Queso, if cheese they offer corn with cheese and there is none, instead they gave me cream in this occasion they have left a lot to be desired a little slowly and there are only 4 tables with people I think I will stop coming

Food was cold, hamburgers were raw, service was really bad. We received our food as one plate every 10 minutes, children’s food was last, no ever checked on us. I had to get up to go ask for my check three times on top of all the lady didn’t even know what we had she came to the ta le to make sure if what we had. At the ya le she gave me a price when I gave her my card she included service charge without letting me know. Bad service, bad food, workers without experience. Never going back.

We are just eating today, the waitress is lost with the orders, she goes from table to table asking who ordered the codsa that she is going to leave, what I did love was the leche de tigre, the grilled winged breast is good, the only thing that the breast came on top From the salad you will understand how the salad was cooked!!!! We ordered coclo with cheese the cho is supposed to be hot oh warm that is almost frozen the fried chicken smells strange like old chicken and the chicha oh it was not good like the other occasions In short, we are not happy today, even if I stay retired, I will go to Peru 703, it is much better in everything.

We ordered a chicken broster and they brought us fried chicken without first asking us if we wanted it, the fish in the ceviche was frozen, and the rice cooks the most basic and flavorless seafood. They need to improve a lot to have such high prices.High price for low quality

Food was OK. The Ceviche de Pescado was probably prepared too quickly because the slices were too thick thus not allowing the lemon to permeate. The Arroz Chaufa (not pictured) was just OK.The anticucho looked promising, and yes the spices were on point, unfortunately it was a bit tough. Anticuchos should always be very soft. They were out of many menu items which was very disappointing.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. We ate here tonight and they was no bartender (so no drinks). Everything we ordered was “sold out” . The appetizer never made it to the table. Things came out piece meal and no one ate at the same time. My son’s food was cold and hard. My other son’s food sat there in the kitchen for over 10 minutes and I had to go to the kitchen to finally ask for it because when I asked the waitress and she kept “forgetting”. Then to top it off they charged a “service fee” of $30. I asked the waitress what it was for and she said “tip” like she was surprised I was asking. It was an absolute horrible experience. I talked to the manager and he said “next time” to call for a possible discount. Forget it, there will NEVER BE A NEXT TIME

Disappointed, today I went to eat the marine trio, a piña colada and pisco mango (It is my family's custom to go to Peru one day a month to celebrate because of how delicious ceviche is)But today it was just my husband and I. The attention was scarce. The drinks were without ice. The Ceviche had much more onion than fish. When we asked for an extra shot for the ceviche they denied it when they had not on previous occasions and the tip was imposed at 20% when they didn't even serve us on time!
