Delicious menu options from appetizers to dessert. Highly recommend. We will definitely go back. The lychee sangria is delicious. I love that it’s for sale. We bought a bottle to take home. Cannot say enough good things about the fresh and flavorful dishes. Don’t forget to order mango sticky rice for dessert!
This place has lost its way. Too pricey, small portions, just ok food… the pho has gone up in price significantly, portion is smaller. Take out fee…
Overall, I understand prices have gone up everywhere but this place has lost its value proposition….
This place is tucked away in a shopping center. But it’s superb Pho with an awesome staff and cool atmosphere. Probably the best Pho in the area and even as a to go option. Definitely coming back again.
I wish I discovered this restaurant sooner. Amazing menu! Pho Chateau is way more than just pho. Great service! Great atmosphere! The best Vietnamese restaurant I’ve been to! Do yourself a favor and visit. It will not disappoint.
very poor service charging 3 dollars for a sauce is OC and complaining over tip smh
Hands down the of the best phó I've had.
restaurant was clean, the staff very professional and friendly. 100% will eat here again
Very nice place to go after a much too long visit to the Lorton DMV.
Everyone pho’s differently. First thing I do is take out half the noodles. Yeah, I know—sacrilege to some. But I like a higher ratio of bean sprouts to noodles. Texture matters. Crunch over mush. So I dump in all the sprouts, then the basil—ripped, not chopped—and a heavy squeeze of lime to wake it all up. Off to the side, I’ve got that little dish of hoisin, the sweet sauce. Thick, dark, sticky. I take a slice of brisket or the thin-cut beef, still tender from bathing in broth, and dip it in the sauce. Sweet and savory. Then a bite of noodles tangled with sprouts, followed by a spoonful of the soup. It’s everything—meat, crunch, acid, depth. I tried the sizzling beef with rice too. Filet. Absolute perfection. Tender enough to cut with chopsticks, seared just right, riding alongside caramelized onions that cling to every grain of rice like they belong there. Comfort food if comfort came with fire. Beef stew with egg noodles also a winner. Rich and hearty. But next time I come back—and I will—it’s pho with brisket and thin-sliced beef, and that sizzling beef with rice. Those two? My ride-or-die.
First time restaurant. I ordered the rice platter with the shrimp and pork chop and a brisket beef soup, both dishes were excellent. I will definitely go again this time taking family members and friends.
They have this roll boat that is amazing, you make your own rolls. They give you rice paper wrap and a water thing to dip it in, vegetables, shrimp, chicken, pork, meat, sauce, etc. It may be intended for two people? but if you are hungry this is awesome for one person for lunch. Their Thai tea is also very good. I get hungry just thinking about that roll making boat, delicious.

Ordered #86, #88 and the Chicken Pho. Mine was the large #88 and it was mostly noodles, and about 4-5 thinly sliced meat. I've had better Pho than this. The crispy spring rolls were really good. Service was ok. empty plates sitting in front of us for at least 10 min. no dessert offered. no water refill, service could have been way better. $61+ tip for small Pho, 2 large Pho, 1 iced coffee and an order of spring rolls (2 spring rolls).
Great food and amazingly fast service. Super friendly.

I ordered a steak rice takeaway, but as shown in the picture, there is a piece of metal wire in my food. When I made the first call to report the issue, the first staff member pretended not to understand me and hung up the phone. It wasn’t until I called a second time that another staff member answered and handled my situation.
