I'd like to reiterate how bad the staff is here. I've never been treated more rudely at any food establishment. The food then took 15 minutes to come out while I waited curbside for a drive thru order, then the fries were soggy and the chicken was rubbery. After all that wait. Zero stars. Corporate needs to fire every single employee and start over.

Cannot get the order correct. Asked 3 times as if they understood boneless wings and they said yes and then after I get home. I see that it has bone in. Always double check. 🤦‍♂️ #bonelesswings #fail

Absolutely terrible service. The employees had all the customers park in random locations around the building because they couldn’t complete a single order on time. There are no designated parking spots for overflow and people are parking in the middle of the road causing major traffic stoppages. And I received the wrong order on top of all the chaos. The employees seem to have no idea what is going on or how to help the situation. Management clearly does not have a strong handle on the workflow

Understaffed and underappreciated. Sadly this location is new, but sorely understaffed to handle the amount of traffic that swings on through. They are polite and do their best to manage with who they have. But having to wait 40 minutes because the mashed potatoes were sitting in the back kitchen the whole time while my food cooled off in the waiting space without a warmer was just great....

Service alone brought it down to a 1 ⭐. Ordered a 2 of meal, wings, and fries. Drove all the way home just to find out they forgot my fries. I called and went back to get my fries. Asked if they could at least upgrade the size since I had to drive all the way back to get what I already ordered. Was told no. They didn't even get my order right, asked for breast and legs for wings instead. Bad service when you work in the service industry is crazy

I think my last visit cured my family from popeys. Tenders barely have any meat on them, and combined with weird texture it is far away from a decent 2 star review.

It’s not a fast food place. It takes forever for them to give you your order. They ask you to park the car out of the line to wait so it doesn’t affect their timer. Never experienced such a long wait for drive through.

I wish I would’ve read the reviews before ordering my food. The food is HORRIBLE! The chicken is bland at best. The biscuit was hard and dry, the mashed potatoes was thick. I did a mobile order and the young lady that gave me my food was nice. The manager another story at least I’m assuming he was the manager, he had a different shirt on. When I pulled up to the drive thru window he was on the phone and didn’t acknowledge me at all. He was leaned over on the drive thru ledge. He had the sense to move when the young lady brought me my food. Needless to say I will NEVER go to that Popeyes location again!

The mashed potatoes and gravy are ok. That is all. Oh and every once in a blue moon their sweet tea will taste like southern sweet tea (how it's supposed to be). I'm writing this review exhausted. Exhausted of chain restaurants having a menu with less than 20 items on it's menu and some how the food is burnt, overcooked, flavorless and cold even DURING A LUNCH/DINNER RUSH but definitely at slow times.
As a resident in the area. I've ignored the bad reviews, I really tried to give them a chance but I was prooven wrong. These people are right. It's just not good food. If you have a bad experience You'll never be reimbursed. You'll never be asked, "How can we make this right?" We aren't really considered when writing these reviews.
How do I know?
I watched this place be built from the floor up. I watched as the bad reviews started trickling in. I even doordash and see the lack of urgency for an order that is so simple. Everytime I walk in there's always a look on a customer's face like, "Where's my food?" In the food buisness customer service is important, that INCLUDES learning and knowing how to retain customers, no one is asking you to make an angry person the happiest but you'd be surprised how far the extra mile goes in customer's lives. Things I'd never do here
Go through drive through if there's another customer.
Order their Shrimp (today was the first and last day)
Eat their chicken 3 hrs bfore closing
Eat their mac and cheese or deserts

Here's my Advice: Keep management out of the back office. Put a clerical employee there for all things ppw. Management should be directing, supervising, teaching, elevating this buisness. It's a nice area but they take that for granted at this establishment and I don't know why.

It's a 0 stars for me but ya'll know we can't do that. I hate writing bad reviews but they've been here too long for the crap they put out. Free up the space so we can get another tasty buisness here.

In the picture this is what you get. Mostly breading and veined shrimp the size of 1/2 a penny. Heck even the shrimp looks sad . ?
