While I love the Lorton Valley Starbucks, especially each and every batista, I've come to very much dislike Starbucks as a company. Their customer service is horrible. You can't even ask a very simple question without the village idiot trying to answer with jibberish. I give up. I'm searching for a more deserving coffee shop; probably a small business in Occoquan.

This was once my favorite Starbucks location. Not so much now. I only order the nitro cold brew, and in my opinion their’s was the best. Was. Now, half of the time the nitro machine is out of order, or they’ve run out of nitro altogether. And when it is working they don’t make it like they used to. Last week, I ordered my usual nitro with extra sweet cream and they barely even gave me a splash. Today, I ordered a nitro to go. The cup felt lighter than normal, but it looked full so I left. 5 mins later, without my having taken one sip of coffee, the foam disappeared and I was looking at barely a half cup of coffee I had just paid darn near $6 for. Another time they put ice in my nitro. I think I’m pretty much done with this location. Too many mistakes too often.

Unbeknownst to me, now, Starbucks is making customers put their own cream in their coffee. I ordered a large hot coffee with cream, sugar, and pistachio flavor. Well, these geniuses fill my cup up clear to the rim with coffee. Where’s the room left for me to pour my own cream! SMH Should have just stuck to Dunkin’ Donuts or the Starbucks inside Targets. Won’t ever be returning to this Starbucks.
