The quality of smoothie is very good. However, the customer service is concerned. I’ve been here three times, and I have received bad customer services for all three. Today, a black girl named Secret K on the receipt, talked to me like I got my smoothie for free. She did not ask my name for the order, but she put “g” in the order name. It is not acceptable and so disrespectful. If she does not like her job and does not own minimum American courtesy, this job is. It for her and why does the store keep her for? Her customer service did not ruined the taste of my smoothie, but reflected the leadership here.

The Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Lorton offers such a wonderful and positive experience. The staff, especially Evelyn, Tesla, and Sheila are friendly and efficient. They all put forth “ over the top effort” to make your food exactly the way you like it. I love the way they make my Mocha Madness. It is so creamy, flavorful and thick. When I go away for a few weeks, I immediately make my way back to this TSC the day after I get back. I so enjoy purchasing the freshly made Chicken Thai Salad. I can’t say enough good things about the staff, their efficiency, friendliness and knowledge. The cafe is kept clean. I have watched them keep the entire area clean where they are preparing our food, and cleaning the equipment. I have gone in early and seen them preparing for the day. It is quite a united effort. Again, the cafe is clean and has a nice atmosphere. I highly recommend everyone visit this Tropical Smoothie location in Lorton if you are nearby or even if you are not. Make your way there. I have passed other TSC locations just to come here.

If there are older Hispanic ladies working, they make the best food and smoothies. If it’s younger kids like a tall skinny guy - the smoothies might as well be called a juice. Also had a younger girl at the registers who didn’t honor our request to add extra ice to our Bahama mama because I KNEW the “smoothie” was going to come out as liquid as a juice. Also our bahama mama was basically only bananas. The worst bahama mama I’ve ever had. Also ordered the açaí bowl and barely had chia seeds or other toppings. We waited for about 20 minutes for our “juice” bahama mama and just had to throw it away as soon as we left the store.

I wish I could give half a star and do 4.5 This location is actually the closet location to my house but I tend to go to a diff location because they will let me call to order when I’m driving and decide last minute to get a smoothie as I’m
Going that way. I’m Not gonna try to pull over to order when I can call and have it almost be ready when I get there. I understand there’s some people that call and order and then don’t pick it up and it ruins it for us all but when you’re a good customer, it sure makes it nice. I will admit the Lorton location has people that are all very nice and except for ONE TIME i got an island green that had not been blended and I literally cudnt drink it, everything has been good there. The location has easy parking and is always clean too. I go do Amazon returns in the shopping center a lot and that’s when I go to this location. Oh and when I DoorDash my orders come from here. Always accurate orders and made quickly for the Dasher to head off with. Thanks

The two great gentlemen closing tonight are exactly who’d you want making your food right before a place closes. I was thinking the worst and got the exact opposite. Customer service was excellent. I didn’t ask for their names, make the feel suspicious or anything. But y’all got some great employees.

Lovely store!! I love how the store is set up and it is one of my favorite places to grab a drink with friends. My friend, her grandma, and I got three smoothies. Our order took 7:15:51 to be completed. My staple order is a Bahama Mama smoothie.

Kid-friendliness: Nice kid friendly environment and a menu for kids including smaller portion sizes.

This place is great! I come here at least 2-3 times a week and almost always get great service and good quality food & smoothies. If my smoothie isn’t made to the quality I have had in the past, someone happily remakes it. They get busy in the summer on weekends, but the service is still usually very good and relatively quick. It’s also always a very clean store. Highly recommend this specific Tropical Smoothie if you are nearby.

You have a very charming and helpful girl and I think that Leticia is the best of your group, in other stores that I have visited I cannot find a girl that offers the same service. My advice to the store owner is that you have to appreciate and value those people.

This was a wonderful visit to tropical smoothie. Nab and Gabriel provided excellent customer service and our smoothies and food were delicious. I will definitely be back!
