I have been here a few times for smoothies (sunrise sunset) and have always been happy. I like the flavor combinations but the smoothie prices are a little high. I tried the bowl for the first time the green dream. It was tasty and really felt like a meal. With avocado granola and fresh fruit it was tasty and also full of healthy ingredients. I'd order this again! The fruit was also fresh and sweet.

You have a very charming and helpful girl and I think that Leticia is the best of your group, in other stores that I have visited I cannot find a girl that offers the same service. My advice to the store owner is that you have to appreciate and value those people.

I have been a regular at this tropical smoothie for a long time and have had plenty of fairly nice experiences. But one day I placed an order through the mobile app for pick up one morning but it was not fulfilled. Management scheduled a young associate to open the store without proper training all by themselves and was not able to follow through with my order. So I left the store without my smoothie and meal that morning. I understood the associate was unprepared, but when I asked for a refund they promised they will do that. It has been a month and I have been asking many times and leaving messages but still no refund. Also manager is never in the store.

There’s a big glob of peanut butter In my peanut butter cup I never come to this one because it always smells like a wet mop in there but I gave it a chance and was not pleased with my food. There was also a piece of hair in chipotle chicken ranch

The service is immaculate every time I’ve gone the staff was extraordinarily kind, not to mention the level of care put into there food that leaves the palate satisfied due to methodically perpetration and a seemingly expert level of experience
