Worst wingstop ever. Read the reviews and still gave them a chance. Slow service. No flavor on the wings. Also it was so much feathers on the chicken I just tossed them in the trash. Oh well I just lost money. Will not be back to that location

Yuck! I’m dying for water I ordered the 20 peace boneless meal and they put so much salt in it I feel sick. I always share with my pup and she threw up. I’ve never had chicken be so salty before. Once I was done eating in the car I went to look for a trash can asked the lady and she said they don’t have one. Sad this is a new location and the food and service is terrible.

My first time at wing stop, and was excited- ordered online through a deal from tmobile - so I only paid $0.01 for the 3 pc crispy tender meal which is usually 9.99.
I ordered through the website and got the “most popular” hot honey rub, 5 pc Cajun fried corn, and Coke. I enjoyed the crispiness of the tenders and the corn was unique and tasty- but both were too salty. There is an option to reduce the amount of seasoning on the corn. I tried to get both the seasoning and the flavor sauce of the tender on the side but there is no option online. Decent value.
They are carry out only, no seating available. Although the indoor space is small- I think they could fit 1-2 two seater tables or a “bar” counter. They could also put some seats outside.
There were a lot of carry out orders so they must be doing something right? Would try again to see how the other items are- but will see if I can get the sauces on the side next time- maybe I’ll try calling the order in?
Once a week for 3 weeks I have ordered wings. Each time I cannot taste ENOUGH SEASONING to even decide if I truly like flavor or not. Quit being so CHEAP AND put some more on the wings. They are too dry and overcooked the last 2 times. I'm going to try one more time if not I'll resort another wing stop location.

Went twice: first time was when it first opened and the wait was long. The fries were stone cold but the chicken was good… C- with some leeway for it being new.
Went again today when it was quiet. The friends were *hilariously* undercooked and inconsistent in size. Almost half of them could pass for potato wedges and were inedible. Even the smallest ones were undercooked. The chicken was, again, good.
My advice is to go to the one in Springfield. I’ve been there over a dozen times with no issues at all. (It’s an entire star higher for a review average for a reason.)

By far the worst wing stop I’ve ever been too yesterday I ordered at 9 I never received my order I called to cancel and get a refund they told me they couldn’t do a refund I would have to call in the morning I called in the morning they tried to tell me to call tomorrow I went there and the girl standing around doing nothing tried to tell me my food was picked up and I kept saying but I never received my food and my card was charged.
