I just want to say that this hidden gem of the northern neck deserves more than five stars. The service is so friendly, fun, and after you eat there you feel like you really connected with the server, because they are so personable, they remember repeat customers, and talk to you like a friend, not like your a guest. Would definitely come back to this amazing resteraunt!

This is a great spot. We have eaten here many many times, The owners are very personable and the staff is amazing! We will be back for lunch again and for dinner, unfortunately they don’t serve breakfast but that’s fine!

Love everything about Cygnets! Try to go there at least once every time I'm in the area, which is frequently.I love their chicken salad. Learned to order it on lettuce; the bread falls apart before finishing. Maybe order on lettuce with bread "on the side".?Shrimp and grits, blackened catfish with tomato relish, shrimp marinara, and fried shrimp have all been tried - the shrimp and grits more than once - and all deemed "order again". I'm working my way through the menu. I really liked the onion rings and cole slaw that I have had. The green beans were fresh and very good, but could have been a tad more tender.I like that they do not over-salt food and have salt and pepper shakers on the table for those who want more.We have had the best server, Iris, twice, and will request her in the future; I hope that she stays there!When I bring guests to town, Cygnets is my go-to.Long may they prosper!
Ordered 2 Cuban with onion rings no pimento and SwissGot 2 ruebens cold onion ringsWaited 20 mins to receive that and another 20 to get a correct Cuban wirh again cold onion rings. Waitress said she was taking off 1 sandwich but did not. Worst experience we have ever had there.

Came here with a group of students and felt very rushed the whole time despite a reservation. When we left, one of the students realized a minute down the road that they left their Invisalign on the table so I called and told them the situation and that we were turning around and I was hung up on. When we got to the restaurant the table was clean and I explained what happened and that I was hung up on and they presented us two trash cans that the Invisalign could’ve been in and let us dig through the trash to find it ourselves. Once found we asked for a new napkin that was never provided and left. Disappointed to say the least

We have been to Cygnets many times since they opened and have never been disappointed. This past time the food was outstanding. I usually get yhe bone in pork chop and it was excellent. The shrimp and grits and the shrimp scampi were both also excellent as well. The only hitch in the night was our waitress did not come over to the table.until.we had been sitting for 10 minutes and we had to ask another waitress to send someone over. Besides that another enjoyable evening at Cygnets.

Very good food served here. Upscale but yet not. Bar on premises. Attractive and clean. Servers are the best anywhere. Don't miss out on lunch or dinner at Cygnets!Parking: Just watch where you're driving and you will be fine. Parking begins at the front and wraps around the rear and side.

Had the Ribeye, which on the menu was listed as $34, but was charged "market price" which was higherwhen I questioned it they told the menu said prices are subject to change... then why have prices on the menu? The bigger issue is that the ribeye had a hamburger taste to it and the medium rare we ordered was definitely medium. The seasoning was not great. We did not send it back because it was edible and I hate sending food back, but both said we would not order it again. I was also disappointed that they were out of baked potatoes. :(

The service needs some fine turning. My wife and I were referred to as “guys”, which we aren’t. Also, please don’t ask every time you pass by if everything is okay. Once during the meal is enough.
