I went in just as they opened. I ordered 1 order of pork/brisket tacos, brisket, Ribs, wings, & sides. The food had potential. However, every single meat was dry. It seemed that it was a day or two old. Everything was seasoned/smoked nice. But it was obviously not freshly cooked. Disappointed because it would have been really good if it wasn’t leftovers. Amazing barbecue we happened to reserve a spot across from them at devils backbone. We were fortunate to be in a middle of a barbecue competition and able to try multiple competitors meats. They were by far our favorite. Love them and will certainly visit their resturant when in the area again. I highly recommend them for their food and gaciousnous.

The dining room was very clean and the service was on point. The pork spare ribs were so tender and delicious. The meat jumped right off of the bone when it saw my fork they were that tender.
