I ordered a pizza via the app. 20 minutes later it was not even in the oven. I canceled my order....not because of the wait, but because NOT ONE SINGLE person was wearing food service gloves. Staff was wiping their nose and scratching their head..then handling dough and other ingredients bare handed.

My son order New York style pizza 5 of them were outstanding. Keep up the good work. We have ordered from Domino's at Zions inside Walmart but there pizza have been dry. It's was worth the drive the drive to Louisa to get good tasting pizza. I feel our money wasn't waisted.

I placed an order for 3 pizzas and 2 of them looked disastrous! One of the pizzas didnt have any cheese and the other pizza looked as if they just threw pounds of cheese. 6 people on the clock and didnt appear to be busy because few employees were leaning on the prep table and shelving area. I expected more from Dominos especially in the small town of Louisa. I will probably order again under new management because as a business owner and Chamber Of Commerce Board Member, this locations training is at stake!

The food was late and tracker for deliver said delivered way before the food was delivered some was cold. The wings had barely any sauce on them at all and were very dry. This is usually a good place but im very disappointed.

If you order delivery and they get the order wrong...THEY WILL REMAKE THE FOOD BUT YOU MUST GO PICK IT UP. Terrible customer service. Update..two years after this review domino's has offered 20 % off my next order...the same coupon in their app lol. No thanks. Service still terrible
My daughter & grandchildren & I decided to eat @ Dominios instead of an Italian rest. In Louisa, Va. since i hadnt eaten @ at a Dominos in over 15 yrs. The waiter was very good. My daughters food & mine was good. However, the x-large pizza for $19.99 for my grandchildren was ridicolous! Very thin, not at all like picture on menu. Thought it was goung to be a reg. Crust pizza. Got 1 topping, tomatoes, very very few of & you couldnt even taste the cheese on it. Then when went to pay with cash, they couldnt even come up with change to give me back. Waited several minutes before they could come up with change. Again, Ridicolous. Will not eat @ a Dominos Pizza again. Shame, Use to eat at them all the time. Especially in Charlottesville, Va.

These guys and gals ALWAYS deliver/or prepare for carryout, delicious food that has never once been wrong or messed up, and they do it with a smile. I always tip them in cash even when I pick up carryout, and they're always so thankful and appreciative. It's one of THE best Domino's I've ever been to, and I usually order from them several times a month.
Vegetarian options: I'm not informed enough to know about "vegan" options, but they certainly have lots of vegetables to top your pizza with and lots of vegetarian options too.
