The worst double cheeseburger I've ever had! Fries were cold, burger tasted old and the last at the counter was lazy as all get out! Where do they find these people? One guy, the manager was very nice and personable. Other than that I would never come back here!

The people in this establishment are rude (it was round 1:30 october 14th 2025). I was in line, waiting to get my food and there was people parked in front of me. Waiting on their food, I had no room to back out. There were people behind me. And I told the lady that gave me my food that. I told her that there was no room to back out. And she was like, no, you're good back out. I had to go back. And forth, trying to get out of the line. There was a worker talking to the lady in the car infront of me, and they were laughing together. when I eventually got the chance to drive away. She started yelling at me about why I was honking my horn, i told her what had happened, I turn around and see the lady that hand me my food. Start talking about me and honestly.She needs to catch a grip because that is total Nonsense, and she needs to act like an adult instead of a child. Its also a mess and disgusting in there.Please get ahold of your establishment, workers and their attitudes.🙏

Update: Tried again. As the only car in the drive through again lol PAID for the order sat for 15 minutes waiting without explanation… then they tell us they are out of the food we ordered. Literally ridiculous. Employees stood around mumbling and we had to shout from the window to get their attention.
We were the first car in the drive-thru line. The parking lot had few cars in it. The clerk acknowledged us at the order kiosk and asked us to wait a moment… we proceeded to wait over 10 minutes. When the clerk finally addressed us again, we were told they could no longer serve breakfast because it was past 12:00. Had they taken our order in a timely manner, we would have been within the breakfast hours. Disappointing from a management/customer service perspective. Consistently slow and inefficient. Typically the food itself is decent.

I ordered two Nashville Chicken sandwiches, and it was the worst food I have ever had. The driest, smallest, over fried, and coldest chicken I have ever seen on a 6 dollars chicken sandwich. I would not recommend at all.

I like Hardee's, the sandwiches are usually ON POINT, but man. Idk what happened to their fries, but ugh. They're just gross...and McDonald's fries have gotten gross to me now too, so that's kinda lame. I tried Hardee's chicken strips at this particular visit, ive never had them bcuz I prefer the burgers, I threw most of them away...the breading was mush, the chicken inside was weird and rubbery, dang. But, thats the corporation. The location itself, the people are very friendly, the building is clean and parking lot is really accessible, so...

I am a frequent diner but not for long unless someone addresses the out of control litter on the parking lot and trash dumpster area.Iam amazed that no one who works there does not see litter everywhere.
