I ordered lunch last week one combo and got home to eat and didn't get my fries and then this morning I ordered breakfast online and didn't receive my extra gravy for my platter and my two apple pies were not cooked lol the way and one was completely hollow. Will not be back. It started to do better but it's worse than before. Not paying attention to the orders but you get charged for these items! Do better please and pay attention to what you're doing.

This place used to be my go to. It’s fallen off tremendously. All my food looked like it came out from the first round of my Mike Tyson fight. Like geez it came from the kitchen to a window how if it all smashed up? Just drive over the Mc.Donalds they may get your order wrong but at least it won’t be smashed up.

Every table needed to be wiped down. We had to wipe down our own table. Behind the counter was food on the floor. The holding racks for food were not clean. This location needs to be deep cleaned. The workers were not clean in appearance. Most likely we will not come back.

I was waited on by the gen. Manager who was great to deal with, he was very attentive and made sure to get us exactly what we asked for. Being a first responder he was even able to save me a little money (always helps now adays). I frequent Hardee’s considering I drive for a living, and have been to a few different Hardee’s since the Dukes BBQ Sauce had come out and theu all have told me they didn’t have it, this location made me day by having it. Great location, highly recommend!!!!

We ordered off the Hardee’s app at 7:45 pm pulled In to get our order around 8:10 when we checked our bag not only was our three pieces of white meat chicken missing but my wife’s frisco burger had mayo and tomato ( we ordered it plane) and my burger had pickles and onions …. Went inside especially about the 8.00 chicken meal and was informed we won’t make anymore chicken this late…they straightened the burger out and gave me three tenders for the chicken… but what pisses me off the most if I didn’t check the bag they’d have burned me for the chicken…. The photo shows they serve chicken till nine pm… It’s a good thing I’m only visiting the area .
I was waiting for my super sausage sandwich when the cook took the sandwich back to make sure it was right (with gloves on) and the manager comes over grabs it from his hands and starts messing with my sandwich with it open and with no gloves on and he didn’t wash his hand because he came straight from the back. Also they only had one woman working the front register with a morning rush is absolutely ridiculous. She did an amazing job. This was at 4/19/25 @10:35am. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK SINCE IT WAS UNSANITARY!!!! DISGUSTING

I should've known something was wrong when the guy in front of me got his money back and left. The sandwich was cold and balled up in its wrapper and the fries were barely cooked. I asked to dine in and was still given my order to go. Should've probably ate in the car. The trash cans were all overflowing and the tables were all dirty. I understand if it's a busy restaurant, but I can't forgive a filthy store when there are employees sitting in the dining area playing on their phone. Nice people, but looks to be poorly run.

An amazing location, everyone behind the counter is super sweet! Highly recommend stopping in and sitting for lunch. Raymond was such a sweetheart and made sure I had their amazing lemonade, truly amazing people.

Biscuits trash. Cheese hard egg crunchy. To top it off the disgusting crap was $25 for 3 biscuits and 3 drinks 🤣🤣🤣 for complete trash
