This is quite possibly the worst fast food place that I have frequented. Everywhere I looked it was dirty. There was one person making food for a full drive through and a line waiting at the counter. The two order takers were standing around like zombies. It took 15 minutes to get my food after ordering. I ordered a chicken sandwich and I almost threw it away. The piece of chicken was half the size of the bun. Never again.

Let’s just had to give it a 2 star just so it can post. Today was my second time visiting this location and I’m from out of state. Food great but management and staff needs some training.
So my lady decided to take me here to order food through the drive-thru and the drive through chicks is talking about personal problems. we then get to the paying window and the chick is still talking about her personal problem with the old manager that was on shift.
Long story short we asked for a cup holder for our drinks she then gets an attitude tells us that the strawberry lemonade hand craft doesn’t come in a regular cup but here passes the tray and the drinks falls all in the car all over the electronic. This is unprofessional! My order was also missing a medium fry, I wasn’t offered or asked if I needed sauce or have the chance to ask I was being rushed out the drive thru. Uncalled for. I had to ask for napkins no apologies or anything. Second guessing on visiting this location again.

Congratulations..... You are the dirtiest hardees in the usa. The toilets are horrible, the floor is dirty, the counter is dirty, the tables are sticky, The staff was chatting quietly, when I saw the filth on the kitchen floor, I had to leave without ordering.

Honestly this Hardee’s used to be the best one, but since I’ve moved here two years ago, it’s gone down hill. Today we went in the drive through, the wait is incredibly long each time no matter how many cars are in front of you. The drinks have no syrup or carbonation so they taste like flat watered down soda. The fries aren’t even the standard fries you get at any Hardee’s anymore, this store uses crinkle cuts and no seasoning. Lastly the burgers are dry and tasteless, the only thing remotely saving them is the standard sauce Hardee’s uses. I hope this place gets better, used to be the absolute best. Sad.

Came to this location for the first time, never again. The staff is very unfriendly. I ordered a Nashville hot chicken biscuit and when I asked for ranch she said they didn’t have any…if I had known they didn’t have ranch, I wouldn’t have ordered what I did. The lady didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or anything, just gave a nasty look and didn’t say anything when she handed me my order.

This was the most horrific time I’ve ever had at Hardee’s and it’s pretty bad every other time I’ve been here. Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes. In a drive thru. No receipt paper. No orange juice. Put my order on two separate tickets because she didn’t know what she was doing. Then tell me to pull up because they gave my sandwich to dine in guests. Had to wait another ten minutes. Absolutely unacceptable. I will NOT return until drastic changes has been made to this restaurant. And I am not the only one, I thought the line was long in the store, but it was drive thru guests in line waiting to complain on their order. This restaurant has drastically declined throughout the years. Please, please take action. I can’t think of a great experience there in the past two years. It’s my fault for keep thinking things will change.

I live in Zion Crossroads so I thought going to the Hardee's in Gordonsville would have coleslaw and green beans I was so WRONG!!!!, I had to drive to my favorite Hardee's in LOUISA because they still serve FRIED CHICKEN ? and had COLESLAW and GREEN BEANS the BEST Hardee's in my OPINION ?❤️
