We frequent the Louisa Hardee's and without fail there is one older lady with a long pony tail (Donna) that ALWAYS has the nastiest attitude and tone towards customers. She ruins the experience every time. Today she blamed her curt rude attitude on being short staffed but regardless this is her attitude every day. Please get a new job if you have to be nasty at this one.

Longer wait than other locations. 8 minutes from order (on app) to getting the food.

Staff is nice, but food and service definitely needs work. Food takes terribly long considering it's mostly empty all the time. Last meal paid $40 and couldn't eat it including the apple turnovers. The spoonful of apple in it was rubbery from sitting too long. Done with fast food, not worth the price or convenience!

One of the couple Hardee's that are around this area. Wish they had one in Charlottesville. Anytime I'm close I have to stop by.

This marks at least the third or fourth time I've been in this place or even through the drive-thru and I've had to wait for an unreasonable amount of time. Tonight I go in and someone says they will be right with me, mind you there is not one single person in line in front of me, I don't know how many minutes I stand there with another couple standing behind me. I finally got tired of standing there without anyone saying anything so I gave up and left. Oh how I wish there was another place to buy fried chicken on my way through from work. This will be my last trip by the store and stopping that I can promise you! I'm sure I won't be the only one to walk out tonight. You need to check your cameras and at least acknowledge your customers.

We were looking for a place to grab a QUICK bite to eat. I was coming from a medical appointment for which I had to fast for blood work so I hadn't eaten in about 15 hours, and was hungry. Hardee's was on the way to our next errand. Food. (2.5/5). We arrived around 10:45 am and only their breakfast menu was offered. I ordered a Chicken Biscuit ($4.59, 3 stars), which features a hand-breaded chicken fillet, hand-dipped in eggs and buttermilk, and served on a Made from Scratch Biscuit. The sandwich was tasty, but the biscuit top was already broken in half when I opened the wrapping, and continued to disintegrate as I ate the sandwich. I was also disappointed that there were no veggies (lettuce, tomato) on the sandwich. My husband ordered a featured sandwich, the Candied Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Biscuit ($5.49, 2 stars). He too was disappointed with his choice. As was the case with my sandwich, the biscuit crumbled too easily. The cheese wasn't melted. And, he felt that the candied bacon didn't taste much different than regular bacon. Value (2/5). Our two sandwiches came to $11.28, without any accompaniments. Hardee's does offer a breakfast combo, which includes Hash Rounds and a coffee. However, I don't drink coffee and was surprised to learn that they don't offer hot tea. After we sat down, we saw an advertisement on the front window that they were offering Breakfast Mix & Match sandwiches at 2 for $5. (Three choices. (1) Sausage and Egg Biscuit; (2) Country Fried Steak Sandwich; or (3) Biscuit 'N' Gravy. The promotions were not shown on the menu at the counter where you order nor at the side entrance from the parking lot. These would've been a better value. Service. (4/5). The cashier was efficient and nice enough but kudos to the employee who ran over to the beverages area to show my husband where to find the water. Pros: 1. Calorie counts are shown on the menu.2. Plentiful and free parking. 3. There's a drive-through window which was busy while we were there. 4. There's a switch-over hour (11:00-noon) during which you can order breakfast or lunch items. 5. Our food arrived relatively quickly. 6. Restaurant was clean. Tables were wiped down. 7. They have a drive-through which was very busy while we were there. Cons:1. None of the food choices are healthy options. Most/all are high in calories, fat, and sodium. 2. Hot tea is not offered; there's only coffee at breakfast. 3. Promotions are not advertised at the counter where you order or at all of the entrances.4. Biscuits were tasty, but crumbly. Was hard to eat as a sandwich. 5. The restaurant didn't have many indoor patrons. There was one table with 3-4 "locals" hanging out that made us a bit uncomfortable because they were "people watching" rather than eating. Turns out that they were employees on break!

One of the most run down, sad, and disappointing places I've ever eaten. Everything was cold, and the place is just dirty and run down.
