Placed an online order for pickup. Arrived at the restaurant at the designated pickup time and nobody was at the counter. Several employees were in the back of the restaurant and we made eye contact but I was ignored. I decided, against my better judgement, to give them the benefit of the doubt—maybe they needed a few more minutes to prepare the order. I left for a few minutes and came back. After informing the employee that I was here for a mobile pickup order the employee (very rudely) shrugged and said Oh yeah the cooks went home already and they didn’t make your order (?????). The restaurant wasn’t closed, nor was it about to close. Thank goodness I didn’t pay ahead of time—based on the response from the employee I highly doubt I would have gotten my money back.

My husband and I eat here frequently. Food is good, setting is attractive -- classy, quiet, clean. We think it is good overall and a cut above any other Chinese restaurant within 15 miles. Try it, you'll like it.

Went and ordered for takeout. Food was ready quickly, but it was horrible. The crab Rangoon were stale, the egg roll was not good, and the rice and chicken in the Grneral Tso's Chicken were not good at all. It all tasted old.
Screwed up my order terrible, there were dead bugs in the miso soup, I have literally no idea how the health department hasn't shut them down. Pretty foul

Owners steal tips from employees. Servers make minimum wage so owners use that as an excuse to steal tips, don’t tip at this restaurant.

Got the Beef and Broccoli and Egg roll for takeout. Broccoli was brownish so was definitely not fresh. The meal itself lacked in flavor including the egg rolls. I probably won't go back because there are much better places available.

Food was ok, was disappointed in the crab ragoons, didn't seem to have much crab. The louisa roll was lacking the amount of crab advertised in the picture, but that's expected...nothing ever looks as good as the picture.
