I have been eating here for years but the food isn't as good as it used to be. I picked up a to go order recently and got home to find items missing. They were good about replacing it, but it was aggrivating having to make a thirty mile round trip to get it.

I got chicken chow main which the veggies were under cooked and chicken was hard. The crispy chips that come with it were stale! My son's chicken, general, was so soft which that chicken is not good soft. This place is really going down hill lt used to be great!!!

This place used to be wonderful. It's been maybe a year since I've been and we decided to go this evening. Very disappointing. Iv had better from the frozen food section at the grocery store. Ordered an appetizer that came out after our entre came out. Mine came out about 10 minutes before my girlfriends came. We didn't eat most of our meals. I was offered 15 percent off but my receipt was for full price. Sad to see this place go down hill like that. 0 out of 10 do not recommend

We went inside and ordered take out on supper bowl Sunday. I should have know better just by the fact that they were not busy at all. The floors are super sticky as you walk around, they must be mopping the floor with honey. The food was edible but definitely not enjoyable, some of it anyway. Sushi rolls were bland and flavorless. Food lion next door has better sushi rolls and thats saying alot because im not one to really eat grocery store sushi. The crab Rangoons were overcooked to where there was nothing in the shell but remnants, everything cooked out of them. There were hardly any vegetables in the meal. In conclusion I will not be returning and unfortunately there are only 2 places in louisa that serve oriental food, well 1 that's any good in my opinion and this is not it. They really need to step up there game or at least take the "Best" out of there name.Parking: Plenty of parking as it is in middle of a shopping center.Wheelchair accessibility: First row parking for handicap with a ramp to the right side of the front door.

Our server took an item off our bill bc we just personally didn't like it ?. So that was really sweet of her, the food is good especially the sushi imo the workers were very nice and even though we were there very near to closing time we didn't at all feel rushed and the bill wasn't crazy huge. I mean I'd be pissed if someone walked in and ordered everything off the menu 30 min - 1 hour away from closing bc by then me and my coworkers would have had everything cleaned up and whatever. They also have a good lunch special. I got the general tsos and I've never had one that's lived up to the little pepper marking on the menu but I was pleasantly surprised when it had a lil kick to it. It's not by any means SPICY but it had a little sleeping toddler kick if you know what I mean. This is my 3rd time here and I have stomach problems and lowkey this place hasn't given me any problems. The inside is well decorated and I like the little waiting areas glass wall thingies. Ugh I'm rambling go eat here go shopping stop reading.

Meh. Still looking for good Chinese food in the area. Kids and I got Sesame chicken with fried rice. Wife got shrimp lo mein. The food came out just warm, like lukewarm. We didn't have enough silverware, asked for more, they didn't come back, had to go get my own. Food was bland. Fried rice here is just brown rice. Portion size looked small on the plates but was actually satisfactory, though the food really was just serviceable, not enjoyable. Price was high. Fast food like Panda Express is better and a better value.
Food was excellent. It’s standard American Chinese food at decent prices. Great egg roll. Deserves higher than the 3.9 stars it’s received thus far. We dined in and service was fast.

Had not tried this place in 25 yrs always went to other local spot but when they were closed on Monday decided to give them a try. Service was prompt and courteous. Shrimp fried rice, fresh and delicious. Atmosphere and dining area are the best in the area. Definitely hidden in this shopping center and exceeded my expectations. If you haven't been here in a while -it's a must try. They even have adult and kid friendly chopsticks for sale. As you can see the interior is clean and inviting but not as busy as it should be. Let's support this local business!

I got the sesame chicken with broccoli on the side and a sweet tea and lemonade mix the chicken was the bomb cooked like I would have cooked it and presented so beautifully we came in like 8:15 not knowing they closed at 9 they still served us without any issues I love it here hands down the BEST CHINESE FOOD SERIOUSLY GOOD MANSecond experience NOT GOOD AT ALL the guy that's waiting tables clearly can't handle it I guess bc I came in behind a table of 7 I had to be served raw meat then when I told him about it he said okay okay in frustration bc this would have been the second iteam that I had to send back he ruined my experience. I guess you guys should come on the days the lady is workingVegetarian options: You can get a lot of different veggies soups and saladsParking: It's a huge parking lot so no way u can't find parking

We ordered takeout and the food was mediocre at best. Definitely would not recommend their sushi, all three rolls were bland and had no taste. Plus very expensive but I guess that's due to the economy. Will not be eating here again.
