I’ve always been a customer to this particular restaurant and can’t believe the experience my boyfriend and I had the other night! So we went to the drive thru and placed our order. He got a regular size meal and I got a large Big Mac meal with a Dr Pepper. So the young lady told us our total and told us to drive to the window. When we got to the 2nd window the young lady handed us our food then handed us 2 regular sized drinks, mind you I got a large combo. So my boyfriend told her the drink is supposed to be large and she seemed confused. So she asked did I want to up charge. That’s when I looked at my receipt and seen that she had already charged me for large Dr Pepper. So we tried to explain she just needed to give us a large instead and she still seemed confused. She then asked us if we could pull into the parking space.Thats when the manager CRYSTAL came to the window and said we needed to pull in the parking space while I was trying to explain we just needed a large Dr Pepper was all.Thats when CRYSTAL started yelling at me and my boyfriend to get to the parking space!! Yelling at us very loud and swinging her hands violently like an animal!! I can’t believe we had to go through that and they would allow the manager to talk to people that way! My boyfriend had to physically go inside to get the drinks for us. Something needs to be done about this manager!!

This is truly unbelievable! I called this mcdonald’s to make sure the hours were correct and while i was doing that the lady in the phone was truly being disrespectful and rude. She insisted that i get a life but she’s over there working at mcdonald’s. Nobody she ever be treated that way it’s so childish. She screamed at me over and over. When I asked if i could speak to the manager she quite literally said no and to get a life. I have seen many reviews saying that on the weekends that’s employees are rude and i am here to say it’s very true!

Won't be going to any McDonald's way to expensive. Why would I go there for fast food when I can get a good sit-down meal in a good restaurant for less money and have a waiter or waitress?
Please do yourself a favor and don’t eat here. Besides some of the nastiest attitudes, the food is terrible 95% of the time.

I would like to let people know who wants to try to get a job at this McDonald’s/ this location they say hiring at the McDonald’s and on indeed I had two interviews which they were not prepared for both times just for me and other people that came for an interview to tell us they have people come in but don’t hiring them because they have a full team which should have been said and communicated which was not! basically wasted my time and gas and got my hopes up! This McDonald’s is not organized and have lack of communication!

Placed a curbside order the employee brought my drinks out almost dropped them in my lap didn't say anything about my food waited for over 30 mins to get my food after having to go look for it
