My favorites of Pepperoni Lovers Melt & Zesty Italian Salad are always delicious! The food delivered warm/cold as expected and usually a little early with appropriate dips and salad dressings. Thanks Pizza Hut ; )
Dined in and took over an hour to get our pizza. There were only 3 other tables here so it wasn't that they were busy. Hard to imagine it takes that long to cook a pizza. Then forgot our children's personal pan pizzas. Just horrendous service. Won't be back.
Foods always good and the people are super nice. The drive thru is the BEST!
I usually don’t have complaints from this establishment, but this is the second time food hasn’t been up to par…I ordered 2 pizzas, a large surpreme and a medium pepperoni pizza with some wings….wait time was 10-15 mins which was prompt from where I was coming from to pick up the pizza. I get back home with the pizzas and they were exceptionally dry, pizza was overcooked even down to the peppers and onions on the surpreme…taste was bland and hardly any sauce.

We drove all the way from Hanover Virginia to go here. Because most of the Pizza huts in our area have closed down. And this is something that we used to do as a family all the time. So we wanted to make the trip to go to this Pizza Hut.. The service was underwhelming..
We first for looking at a pizza that we wanted to order and you can tell the waitress didn't really want to deal with it cuz she said it took really long to make... And we put our order in. And we're delivered the wrong food.. at first and then had to wait for our second order.. well waiting for that you could just look at the floor was dirty.. The staff looked worn out and I don't want to say dirty but. Just looked completely worn out and we're making excuses for doing things wrong together.... Food came out finally and it was good. Had a hard time getting refills undrinks. And then when it came to getting to go boxes we were giving these little tiny boxes that held like two slices of pizza. When we had almost two full pizzas left and breadsticks. So I had to pack up all of my stuff but you're like nine mini boxes. Which was ridiculous.when my son asked if these are the only boxes they had the waitress did not answer... What you know they have to cuz if they're doing pick up orders they have big pizza boxes.
. Yes the only thing saved in this place was the actual food whoever was cooking the food this is one of the best pan pizzas I've ever had from Pizza Hut. In any of its locations.. but other than that the atmosphere in the waitresses were not the reason. We love the old style atmosphere it's great but please keep it clean.. rappers all over the floor trash on the floor in the bathrooms were lacking a lot.

Spent 80$ on pizza here for dinner and there was barely any sauce or cheese on any of the pizzas I'm very disappointed. Anytime I go here for dinner there pizza is incredibly inconsistent with the cheese, sauce, toppings.
No paper plates for to go
Kid-friendliness: My Grandkids loved the pizza so much they wants to come back to dine in

Twice - once in May and again today - I have placed an order for 8 pizzas the day before for a customer. Both times now they have called me the morning of to tell me the oven is broken. Both ovens. Both times Domino’s has bailed me out. This location needs to just shut it down if they can’t do better than this. At least call me the night before when you know or earlier than one hour before the order is to be delivered.

Everything was great!
I would be more willing to come back if they offered a gluten-free crust like a lot of the pizza huts do.

Fantastic! I grew up going to Pizza Hut with the family as a special occasion and when we moved to Virginia, we had a bad experience at one in Richmond and switched to our local Dominos for pizza. Dominos scratches an itch for sure, but a good Pizza Hut stuffed crust or pan pizza is second to none, and finding out that we'd had such a rock solid red-roof Pizza Hut less than 30 minutes away in Louisa is awesome.
The staff was friendly, the pizza was spot on, the ambiance of the restaurant was exactly as I remember it as a kid - this place is a gem and I thank everyone at that restaurant for helping us re-live a piece of our personal history. We will 1000% be back :)
Parking: Zero issue parking
Kid-friendliness: One of the TVs was playing funny animal videos (ala Americas Funniest Home Videos) and we were all entertained by it while we waited for the pizza, would be great for kids

For a chain pizza place in the micropolis of Louisa, this place is very good. Food is good, servers attentive and cheerful, prices reasonable. Family friendly.

So so happy to have this classic Pizza Hut! If I’m having a rough day, a drive over here makes it better!
