Roma Italian Restaurant & Pizza

Waitress was having somewhat of a hard time getting our order straight. Wife ordered a baked spaghetti. She said it was good, but waitress didn't bring her salad. Waitress returned at the end of the meal, we told her about being shorted the salad
She was pretty sure she brought the salad. But she had not.
She said she would be back.
Next the manager came out and waitress she did bring the salad.
Now things are getting heated. We told the manager she did not and wanted it to go Mgr said she get it prepared. Waitress returned
And we told her what Mgr say. She said Mgr shouldn't have come to us and told what she said. But t she still believes she brought the salad. This just ruined the afternoon. I managed restaurants in my younger years and never have I seen a manager and associate suggest that the customer is lying.
We have ate here many times and never had this situation.

This has been one of favorite restaurants for years. It seems there is alot of turnover lately. Our waitress was extremely new and young. She did a good job. However another waitress came over and took our menu away even though we hadn't ordered our main course yet. The food was excellent as always, but the laid back atmosphere is gone. Cussing in Italian under his breath and not helping staff understand the menu would definitely help. I hope the owner's get back to the way it was. We love the Greek salad and the Roma's Absolute pizza 🍕

The most trash pizza I ever had in my life. I’m assuming it would taste ok if they didn’t microwave it to heat it up. The pizza was rubbery. How does a pizza that is burned (normal / good thing) have a rubbery texture? Wasn’t worthy of eating past the first bite. Shame on them.

I love Roma's and always first restaurant choice when visiting my sister.

I had spaghetti w meat sauce. The meat sauce was so sweet it was inedible. The broccoli never came. My husband’s dish was supposed to be with meat but it was all cheese. The waitress appeared clueless about the menu. We’d have had a better meal at McDonald’s. Don’t waste your time or money.

Great food, great service

We went at 8:30 and the staff was very rude about us coming in. They were cleaning, which was fine, but they locked me and another member of my group in the bathroom. The other member freed me and then ended up having to bang on the door since he had no phone. The only good thing was the pizzas, the club sandwich and grilled cheese my party got were burnt and missing half of the ingredients.

I can understand that one needs to be seated by a hostess if you dine; but not if one is going to the bar. I stood there for 5 minutes no one showed, so I went there and sat at the bar, and two waitress came in, did not acknowledge me and gave me a dirty look. Fine I just left, what a unfriendly place.

Did not disappoint. We were in the party area, and the kids had fun.

We moved her from out of state and this is one of the absolute best Italian restaurants we found in the area! Their food was so delicious 😋

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. They have a huge play area with a bounce house and several arcade games and a rock climbing wall.

My $12 grilled cheese (with soup) was very burnt. There’s no way that this should’ve been sold or even left the kitchen other than in a trash bag.

Went in to get a gift card today and was told I would have to come back this afternoon that no one that was working at the time was authorized. I said I may be back but I did not go back and not planning on going back.

The food was subpar. Ordered a small pizza. Was burnt and crunchy. I must say one of the worst pizzas I ever ate. I will stick to the appetizers.
